I’ve always had a great experience ordering from culture kings, but today was even better.

My shop account pulled my old address and put it as my delivery address on my order. As soon as I realised I emailed the team asking if the delivery address could be changed and I had an amazing team member called Ailean help me straight away!!

In less than 4 hours (on a Saturday morning) I had an email from Ailean letting me know my address had been updated as requested and everything was all good.

Thank you so much Ailean for your help! I would have been completely screwed otherwise, so you’ve made my day!! Personally, I think you should get a raise. You got me out of a seriously tight spot and I really appreciate it.

I requested a size change at the last minute and Donna was able to make that happen for me so i want to give all praise to her & her efforts! And i been shopping with yall for the last 5 years and there’s never been any disappointments so therefore I will continue shopping with you guys shoutout Culture Kings!

She was calm and collected, quick and efficient. The tone of her voice and her accent made it even better! I wish she was the narrator for the books I listen to on audible! I love me some Alphonsine!!!!!!!! Seriously though I needed an address change (as this is a gift) and she was right on it! You’re lucky to have her!!

I am very pleased with the help I received from Donna. I purchased the wrong size shoes and she was able to stop my order and re do it with the right size before it was packed and dispatched. I am very grateful.

It’s been great ordering from Culture Kings. On my most recent order, I made a mistake and sent my order to my old address. Donna fixed it for me in a jiffy and made it right!

I have a had a great experience with Culture Kings.

I placed an online order and forgot to remove an item from my basket before checking out.

The moment I realised I emailed their customer service team. Gabby managed to cancel the item in question for me and ensured I was fully aware of the status of my order. This was within a couple of hours of my initial email which was great to see considering the time difference (I am in the UK).

Great website and excellent service. I had order multiple times from this company and each order was met promptly and fully. I made an error while ordering recently and Gabby was not only able to rectify it immediately but did so with genuine care. When ordering internationally any company with people like Gabby remove any trepidation and ensure we keep coming back. Keep it up guys.
