My credit is so poor as life got in the way but they got me the car I so desperately wanted even in the colour I wanted.they treated me with a 5* service & I’m so so grateful. Don’t hesitate they will gladly look after you.

CVS Ltd have been professional throughout my time with them. In particular, Ben, Graham and Jacqui have gone over and aboard in their exemplary customer service towards me by responding promptly to any queries I have had and continually being professional throughout. We are on your second car from these rip off merchants. The first car the clutch plate fell off on the motor way the actual pedal came of. The AA mechanic said we were lucky to be alive. If the pedal got bought under the brake we would be dead. When I told Graham 1 of the directors this. He came and collect the car and dropped of another car. I was advised by a legal person the make a claim against Ford as it was a fault. But cVS chose to ignore this and sell the car on do a temp fix and sell it damaged. After only a few weeks we noticed the new car had no power and the turbo was gone. Graham told us to take it to a garage and get a quote we done this but then he refused to get it fixed. Saying he will come and collect the JEEP. We have now hanned this back and am going to take legal action. Graham even denied that I sent the car to a garage and sent him any quotes and repairs. Boy are you wrong I have all the evidence needed. Do not go with this place they are playing with your life’s. See you in court.

This reply from the seller is all lies I have all emails relating to them refusing to fix the vehicles. They even sold the fiesta with the damaged clutch on. We have loas of evidence to say they refuse to get the cars fixed. You are a bunch of cowboys.

This is my second car with these guys now, and I CANNOT fault these at all! Ben, Graham and Jacki have all been amazing and have gone above and beyond every single time! Ben sorted me out my first car when I needed it most after my other one was written off and was completely transparent throughout with pricing and current market in the car scene. My most recent car I picked up today 15/09/23 and Graham hit the nail on the head with it! He managed to source EXACTLY what I was looking for with the perfect spec, colour and engine size and got it done as fast as he could! Everything I could ask for in a company! Honestly, please if you’re looking use these guys, I will be coming back over and over. 10/10

CVS ltd have been fantastic from start to finish. I was doubtful I was ever going to be able to lease a car due to my not so perfect credit score. I found cvs and dealt with Ben who has been amazing and made the whole process so easy. I was even without a car for a month until my new car was ready and Ben loaned me a car and delivered it to my door. This has to be one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, they have gone above and beyond in helping me get the lease car I wanted.. Thank you 😊

I can’t fault the team. From start to finish, excellent customer service and they truly don’t let you down. I’ve been leasing from them for around 2-3 years now. I’ve recently had issues with one of the cars, Graham & Ben were quick to act and get me out of that car and into a new one within 24hrs. Where else can you get that kind of service? Nowhere! Truly, thank you

Avoid! The customer service is sadly non- existent. I sent all documents in three months ago and never received a reply or even a mere acknowledgment.

Even if one is turned down one would expect a courteous answer. Unfortunately those people regrettably do not have any manners or basic customer service skills.

Always friendly, polite, efficient and like one of the family!

As with a lot of other people,when you apply you don't get any correspondence whether you have been accepted or not.
Just a simple yes,no or maybe would be good.
Not nothing.

Useless, applied online and was asked to send additional details to someone called Ben so I did but heard nothing despite sending follow up mail. Tried again using the website, again sent the details, received a mail saying someone would be in touch and ignored again.

If you can’t help then just tell me but ignoring a customer is pathetic business practice and one sadly that’s reflected in the reviews

Graham was absolutely fantastic in finding the right car that suited exactly what I was looking for. Great communication all the way through. Would absolutely recommend Graham and Compass to anyone.

Absolutly amazing company from start to finish got me approved and delivered my car with in a week Ben was always available when needed and kept me updated and graham was such a friendly guy defo recommended
