Absolutely fantastic service from Jason in the warranty team, I needed 4 TPM’s replacing on my Kuga, I found a Ford approved garage, had the work completed, paid the final bill, sent the invoice over and the money was refunded within 24 hours. I can’t praise him enough for his understanding and professionalism during my dealings with him. I would 100% recommend getting a warranty with these guys as the service you receive is simply brilliant!!!!

We were looking for a car for our son’s 18th birthday, and he found the perfect one at Dace Motor Group. I’ll be honest, I’m always nervous when purchasing a car. You’re spending a considerable amount of money, and sometimes the service doesn’t always match the investment. However, our experience with Dace Motor Group completely changed that!
When I first called, I was told my enquiry would be dealt with and that I would receive a call back. Within just 10 minutes, I received that call from the absolute legend that is Jack Hilton!
Jack was polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions about the car and arranged for us to visit the following day, at our request. From the very beginning, I never once felt pressured. You could immediately tell that Jack’s intentions were genuine. He simply wanted to make sure we were happy and that everything possible was done to make our purchase a positive experience.
When we arrived, Jack had gone above and beyond. The car wasn’t just ready for us to view—it was beautifully clean, smelled amazing, and was presented perfectly. Our son was absolutely made up! Jack was relaxed, respectful, attentive, and took the time to address every concern we had.
I also want to give a huge shout-out to Jake Bean, Jack’s wonderful manager. Jake made himself available, was incredibly approachable, and made us feel valued throughout the entire process. Together, Jack and Jake are a credit to Dace Motor Group.
What really stood out was the way they treated us. Our car wasn’t the most expensive vehicle on the forecourt, but they looked after us as though we were purchasing a Rolls-Royce! They genuinely went the extra mile—even after we had purchased the car. They arranged touch-up paint and had the registration plates made up, including our private registration, so our son could see them waiting on the seat when he arrived. The attention to detail was absolutely brilliant, and it made the whole experience even more special.
We did have a small issue with a replacement battery after purchasing the car, but it was dealt with immediately and without any fuss. Nothing was too much trouble, and that level of after-sales service really says everything about this dealership.
I can honestly say that the entire experience was an absolute joy. I trust Jack and Jake wholeheartedly and will most definitely be purchasing from Dace Motor Group again. In fact, I’ve already asked Jack to keep us posted on another car for our other son!

Amazing service from Mike at Dace Motor Group when I recently purchased my new car. Mike was very friendly and helpful and I am so happy with my VW Golf!

Had mechanical problem(s) with £9000+ car we had bought from the first week.

As with a second hand car you do expect the odd thing here and there but its how the company handles it which would make them stand out from the rest!

While under the basic warranty you get as standard (3 months) the first problems got addressed and other than being without the car and sorting other transport while the car is being worked on we couldnt complain.

After 4 1/2 months it is a totally different experience after a more serious mechanical issue occurred with the braking system and dace couldnt be anymore disinterested as "I am well out of warranty".

Currently trying to claim under Consumer Rights Act 2015 but again they couldnt be more disinterested and waiting for a reply to emails is very slow ( I can only assume they are really busy with faults on numerous cars)

Could have been sorted so easily and been a different outcome as isssue in question is maybe a £300-500 job which you would think a big company would sign off straight away and sort out being under 6 months, but they would rather let a family struggle to pay it which speaks volumes.

So my advice would be to do your checks and get everything in writing rather than over the phone or use another dealership.

Dealt with Tom on two occasions at Dace, and both experiences were nothing short of easy, extremely helpful, and successful. Tom is a credit to the team, and based on my visits, the whole process was spot-on. Highly recommend!
