Total number provided actually 1 short anyway for product which is strange. So would have been short even if rods were in tact!

I don't think the mirror is value for money.
Same style is cheaper with other companies but unfortunately they did not supply my colour of surround or I would have gone to them.
A lot of same, and similar, items are cheaper with other companies.

Quality Furniture & Excellent Customer Service
I’ve purchased several items of furniture from Danetti and have always been happy with all the pieces purchased! The furniture is excellent quality and the delivery team have always been very pleasant and polite. The customer service team have also always been very pleasant and helpful if ever I’ve needed advice or had a query. Danetti is my ‘go to’ online store whenever I need anything new or just to have a good browse for new products!

Great company
Great company, my 2 bar stools arrived very quickly and delivered on the day I requested. Extremely pleased with them ( Ludo teal) and are of great quality. Really recommend this company.

Delivery service 1 star
This could be a great company however their admin and delivery service is is under 1 star. I ordered quite a few items between June and September 2026 and the delivery company messed me about every time. I am at the point where I don't even want their items anymore as has become too much hassle having to contact them constantly and making sure I am at home when they don't turn up. People have work to do, cannot wait for the delivery all day to be told it will not arrive until the following week and so on. Senior management needs to sort this out asap.

Having to repeatedly contact us for updates is not the experience we want our customers to have.
We’re particularly disappointed to hear that the delivery issues have affected your confidence in Danetti to the point where you no longer want the furniture. We work closely with our third-party delivery partner to deliver our furniture, and feedback such as yours is important in helping us identify where the service needs to improve.

Cancelled delivery no updates
Delivery was due 8th September but cancelled on the day. Delivery was cancelled on the day, Danetti raised a case number and said to expect an update within 72 working hours. So far no updates - we have chased twice. Latest advice was that we should chase the courier company. Received update 18/09, customer service were helpful and apologetic - explained the issue and offered some different options for resolution.

Beautiful sofa
Beautiful sofa, easy to move around to clean underneath and nice durable colour and material, (mocha). Very pleased just quite pricey for a 2 seater sofa.

Everyone very helpful from initial visit in the showroom to the delivery of my item and the quality is very good. However, I don’t agree with the high cost of delivery (when my items were able to be collected myself) which is not optional.

We do appreciate your comments regarding the delivery charge and understand that this can feel expensive. We would, however, like to clarify that we charge £39.99 as standard for furniture deliveries, regardless of the amount or quantity of furniture you order from us. This can therefore work out as very good value for larger orders, as the delivery charge remains the same whether you purchase one item or several pieces. For smaller accessories, we offer a reduced delivery charge of £14.99.

Quality issue
I ordered a double bed from Danetti. The bed was lovely, unfortunately the frame turned up damaged and the box had a split in it too. I have opened a case and called today but still no reply. Unfortunately the bed is unusable without a frame. I agree Danetti have said they will rwplace the frame however there is a further expense to me to dismantle the frame and rebuild a new frame. This is also being looked into.

Dreadful in every way - avoid
Terrible so far. We were meant to have a delivery of 2 barstools. Only one arrived. I phoned and was told to fill a form on online. No apology. Filled in the form, given a case no, told to wait up to 72 hrs for issues to be resolved. I waited a couple of days and then emailed. Still waiting to hear whether I’m sending back one bar stool or if another is heading our way. Dreadful customer service! I will not buy from here again!
