Another beautiful table from Danetti
Another beautiful table from Danetti. Their furniture is so well made and keeps looking good over time.
Their delivery was very efficient. My only quibble is I wish Danetti had their own flat pack assembly team. If you need help putting the furniture together Danetti recommend Task Rabbit who don’t get very good reviews.

Disappointed
The Lena table looks great, but the assembly is poorly designed. Having to attach the legs with the table upside down makes it extremely difficult and unsafe to turn over afterwards. The table is so heavy that you realistically need four strong people, with a real risk of damaging the tabletop or legs.
For a table at this price, this is simply not good enough. I expected much better from Danetti. It should either come with much clearer instructions and a safe way to turn it over, or be supplied fully assembled.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you think the Lena table looks great, but we’re sorry that you found the assembly process difficult and uncomfortable.
We’d like to clarify that the Lena table, like almost all of our tables, is designed to be assembled with the tabletop upside down before it is turned over. This is our standard assembly method and is also used for tables that are significantly heavier than the Lena, and we have found that it works well in the majority of applications and prevents dangerously balancing table tops on unsecured legs.
We do, however, appreciate that turning a heavy table over can be challenging, and we understand your concerns about doing this safely. If you would prefer not to assemble the table yourself, we do have a partnership with Taskrabbit, who offer a professional furniture assembly service at an additional cost. This can be arranged if you would rather have the table assembled by a professional.
We’re sorry that the assembly experience did not meet your expectations, but we appreciate your feedback and will share your comments regarding the instructions and assembly process with the relevant team.

Our swatch service is completely free of charge and samples are dispatched via Royal Mail. We can confirm that your latest swatch pack was dispatched by our swatch provider on 7th September. Unfortunately, it appears that it may have failed to arrive in the post.
To do our best to be sure you receive the samples this time, we have arranged for a replacement swatch pack to be sent out to you again.

I’m very pleased with my Felix champagne chenille bar stool and dining chairs from Danetti.
They look stylish and elegant, and the quality is excellent. The chairs are really comfortable, well made and the finish is lovely. The stools are equally impressive and look fantastic in our kitchen/dining space.
I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

Great product quality.
The aftercare service was brilliant. I discovered an issue with the instructions that resulted in me inadvertently damaging the table. Lewis was very helpful and apologetic and understood the issue perfectly and made an offer to compensate me over the issue. That made all the difference. Will shop again here they care about your experience. Hard to find these days…..

Nice showroom
Nice showroom, instore colleague was very friendly and efficient. Delivery time was good too. Delivery tracking was rubbish (far too vague), no way of my phone number being taken and calling me on the day with a more accurate time. I had to loose a whole afternoon of work. The threat of a £50 fine if I miss the delivery is totally out of line. Delivery guys were helpful.

We’re sorry, however, that you found the delivery tracking too vague and that you had to lose an afternoon of work as a result. We’d like to clarify that our standard delivery communication should include a two-hour delivery time slot provided the evening before your delivery, followed by a 30-minute pre-call from the delivery team on the day itself to give you a more accurate indication of when they will arrive.
We’re also sorry that the £50 missed-delivery charge came across as a threat. This is something we very rarely charge when there is a genuine reason for a customer being unable to accept their delivery. However, the charge was introduced because we subsidise our delivery costs, allowing us to offer delivery at just £39.99 as standard, regardless of the value or quantity of your order. When a delivery is missed, there is an additional cost to us to rebook the delivery, which is why this charge is in place.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the delivery communication and will ensure this is shared with the relevant team. Thank you again for your honest comments, and we hope you continue to enjoy your new furniture.
