We bought a dining table and 4 chairs. Great design and good price, quality product and helpful sales staff, on time delivery. Why not 5 stars? The table required assembly with a warning that 2 people were necessary. But it is so heavy that it needed 2 rugby forwards to move it. We are very pleased with the finished product but it was a challenge!

Very pleased with our sofa and prompt delivery. Only complaint was the delivery company were 5 hrs later than advised slot and literally dumped the sofa took photos of the boxes at delivery point and ran! Not checking for damage or signature etc.

I was disappointed that the delivery…
I was disappointed that the delivery men did not take the packaging away, I understood they would unpack the items and remove the packaging. I had to ask them to unpack the items which they did but said they couldn't take the packaging away.
As I am in my 80s and do not drive I cannot take it to a recycling tip.
I would have given 5 stars if they had taken it away.

Sleeping on the floor for two weeks with no resolution.
After my original bed delivery missing a box, it took 5 days for the investigation, and then another 4 days to schedule the re-delivery. I was then informed on the morning of the second delivery, that the item would not be coming. After 2 weeks of sleeping on the floor, I’m at my wits end. The team said again that they were going to investigate the missing box, but at this point I have lost hope. If this takes another two weeks it’ll be a month of sleeping on the floor. I understand things happen, but for this to happen twice, having to take time off of work, and a seeming lack of urgency from the team, I’m starting to wish I’d never ordered.

The goods have been delivery to the ground floor and not to the room of choice.. first floor bedroom. Plus there was no option for installation (for the bed to be put together). This needs to be considered if looking to purchase from Danetti.

Absolute dissapointment
Placed a big order for multiple furniture's pieces.
The delivered orders had plenty of issues:
1- Wrong items delivered.
2- Faulty items (Damaged)
3- Missing items
These things happen, but what is more and more frustrating is the process to fix it and sort it out. I've been treated as if it's my fault and I'm the one who should pay the price for their mistakes. Poor responses, lack of solutions, and I'm dragged endlessly.
As of the time I'm posting this, my problem has been dragging for more than a week waiting a closure!!
I have furnished a full new place, dealt with many different suppliers, they were the worst without any doubt.
So disappointing.

Good products. As a returning customer I have always liked the products. Delivery on time but one of the boxes was in a shocking state (19th delivery of 20 deliveries that day which might explain the external packaging damage?) and I was surprised the chair was not damaged. Love the chairs though!.

Love this table. Third piece of furniture ordered from Danetti. Always beautifully packaged.
The delivery service expensive and poor. Received a text to say delivery was going to be 3 hours late. In fact it was 4 hours later than original delivery slot. This was unhelpful. Driver mumbled he didn’t know why they were late. He appeared not to speak much English.
