I would recommend this company above all others in the Stratford area. Having tried a few of the others, changing to David Daniels was an excellent decision. They said they would actively promote the property and they did. They said they would provide quick feedback and they did. Pretty much all my dealings were with James Olive. He did a sterling job handling this sale. It wasn't an easy journey finding a buyer, then dealing with the ups and downs of the buyer's financial situation and then being the conduit between the buyers and us as well as the legals on both sides. In my opinion James is a beacon for his industry and I am extremely grateful for his stellar work.

Had a great experience with David Daniels. We moved at a very awkward time with the RRA coming in within a few days of our move-in date.

Nevertheless we were superbly supported during the process and kept well informed. Very smooth & efficient process.

James and Dean at David Daniels sold my house in April 26. I bought the same house through them 10 years ago, so I knew I could trust them to do what was best for me and the buyer. Their vetting of prospective buyers was excellent, so I didn't have to endure any time wasters. They're also local, and have been in the area for decades, so know the area really well. They also have excellent contacts for builders / plumbers etc for last minute jobs. Their responses were prompt and transparent, and they kept the buying process going, by chasing up both sets of solicitors etc. I can strongly recommend them as estate agents.

The team at David Danial's were brilliant. They kept me informed each step of the way, and managed to steer the sale through and overcome some tricky hurdles on the way. No hesitation in recommending them.

David Daniels sold our house in Hornchurch within a week. Very professional Estate Agents starting with the super photos, presentation and particulars from Dean, followed by very attentive Sales Agent George Seabrook who was always on the ball, kept everyone up to date and moved the sale along. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely top service from everyone but particularly George and James. Selling a property is such a challenge these days but it was made as smooth as possible by everyone at David Daniels. i can't recommend them highly enough and will be using them again in the future

Excellent service from George. What should to be a simple buy of a property turned out to be difficult but George went above and beyond what would have been expected . Without his help we would have pulled out of the purchase. Highly recommended.

Incompetent and dishonest.

I want to thank Zoe Zenonos (property manager) for extending service over and above her role. As a landlord of an unmanaged property, Zoe showed empathy and extended support by dealing with an incorrectly directed complaint by a neighbour. She took ownership, sought advice and sourced a tradesman - all within a day. Fortunately, complaint was retracted as it related to property on other side!

Great customer service. I have been using David Daniels’s Services for many years - so that says it all. All staff that I have dealt with are professional and friendly. Lee Correia has found a new tenant recently for my property very quickly. The ladies I speak with on a regular basis are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble.
