Very poor services!
Charging tenants extra money without letting them know!
Absolute scam

The team at David Daniels have helped me find tenants very quickly and the whole process has been managed smoothly and professionally from beginning to end, I have no hesitation in recommending them for letting and for property management. Thanks to Lee and all staff in the letting and management teams.

I Have let my property via David Daniels for the last 3 years now. They have been great from the outset and very friendly and helpful with anything that may come with regards to a rental property.
They are accessible when needed and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent their property due to the excellent customer service. The manager Lee, is whom we spoke to initially and has been brilliant in ensuring my property is not only rented but also well looked after.

I have used David Daniels as lettings agents for the last 5 or so years for a property I rent out. I can honestly say that in this time they have been consistently excellent and I have always found them to be polite, courteous, efficient and helpful. They find and vet good tenants quickly, are responsive to any queries or requests I or my tenants may make, and their fees are reasonable. Being a small, local firm they have a real commitment to maintaining their reputation amongst local landlords and do not appear to have a high turnover of staff (unlike some of the the bigger nationwide or London-wide agencies) which can so often destablise a business relationship lead to an uneven level of service.

I was looking for a flat to move in when i found an advertise on internet with the current flat . Ring the number and i was handled by Lee. He helped me with all the steps required to rent the flat and explain everything very clear and the transaction was very smooth.
Really great service and i would recommand to anyone who want to move easily and with zero hassle.

Moving homes is never easy. From the first moment to the last Lee has been nothing but professional, efficient and understanding our needs. The whole process of renting (from placing an offer to signing the contract) went so smooth, thanks to his assistance. He has been always there for us and even though he had to be on an annual leave for a week he made sure we are taken care of. Massive thanks Mr Mills. You are true asset to the team.
