I experienced a stress-free professional service and helpful advice from start to finish provided by Lee Correia at David Daniels with letting out my property. I absolutely recommend this firm.

I've worked with Lee at David Daniels for over 10 years as a landlord and have always had excellent service. Never had the property left empty and tenants have generally been very good.

Good agency to work with. Im happy with service.

Excellent management. Polite and very helpful throughout the whole process. I totally recommend.

I had an excellent agent Lee Correia who made me the trouble of letting very simple. Offering valuable suggestions and communication.

Deposit vanished over the length of time it took to get anything in motion to be resolved. A previous tenants damage and years of neglect blamed upon ourselves. Cracked flooring, broken mirrors, mould and exposed wires in the unventilated bath room.

Fake landlords details were given for contact.

The house had not legally been split into two separate living quarters as confirmed by the water board.

Infested with mice.

I recently sold my properly through David Daniels with Jason, he was brilliant I couldn’t fault him and the service. I would highly recommend, I would not use anyone else. Thanks guys

I have been a landlord with David Daniel's for Stratford for many years. During this time they have successfully rented and looked after my properties offering a great service. I am not the easiest bloke to please but they have been great. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Rented my property in Leyton on the first weekend to a great couple. Very happy with the tenant and the management service has also been excellent in the first 6 months.

Five stars, pleasure to deal with

Lee helped us find a nice home which is perfect for my family. We hope to stay for many years with David Daniels.

They are the cheapest Estate Agent in the area for a reason. Communication level zero, marketing skills failed
