Quick and easy.Very helpful staff.

I unfortunately had to make two claims at the same time, as we had two holidays booked 10 days apart and I was deemed ‘unfit to travel’ due to a possible DVT and a Hamstring injury.

I did both claims online and found it easy to use ( apart from a couple of bits where dates had to be input American style)

I received payment within one day on one claim and on the 5th day for the second claim

Excellent and efficient service. We curtailed our holiday and were re imbursed for the elements of the holiday not used.
The process was a little complicated but only because everything was independently booked. Once we had provided all the information required the claim was settled quickly.

This company makes life so much easier. They are mega helpful, courteous, sound very professional, and are a joy to "work" with. Mr Adam Bryce -who dealt with me throughout - was very understanding, knew his job inside out, and was kind, patient, and explained EVERY detail carefully, making sure I kept up with what was happening. He was the hero of the day. Good on ya Adam.

This review is so late - nonetheless, they’re hard work and kindness hasn’t been forgotten, honestly i’ve heard people have nightmares with insurers elsewhere but i had such a great experience, Olivia,Shaunagh and Stephen guided me through this process so well, they’re hard work, passion and willing to help others was absolutely amazing and definitely left me with a perfect experience.

as the situation was very time sensitive, i had the best reassurance and they spoke to me the best way possible.

This company dealt with my claim in a professional manner. Kat Womack and Fatima answered my queries with speed and to my satisfaction.

My combi microwave broke down this morning and was unrepairable. British Gas referred me to Davies Group who contacted me within an hour. Spoke to Ibrar who was very helpful and polite. Everything was sorted quickly. Excellent service.

My claim was handled very quickly from start to finish.Very professional and friendly .everything was explained to me about the process so wasn't left wondering what was happening

My claim to Davies Group was part of StaySure Travel Insurance.

Rather frustratingly my initial claim was denied by the first handler. I was quoted an irrelevant part of my policy document as part of the denial.

I had to go back, and quoted them the section of my policy that was relevant.

The claim was then processed, and correctly awarded by the new handler Andrew O’Connor, thank you.

Unfortunately no apology or acknowledgment was given for the mistake by Davies, which would have been an appropriate professional courtesy.

Please do read your policy documents carefully everyone, as with a simple pushback/correction I was able to get my claim accepted, but I’m worried other people may have had their claims mishandled.

Claim was settled efficiently and without any problems or delays.

I had been trying to obtain important historic claim documents connected to an ongoing property matter, and it was not a simple or straightforward request. It involved old information, several documents, and a fair amount of persistence to get to the right outcome.

Michelle Harrison, Senior Claims Handler, dealt with it quickly, professionally and with real care. What stood out was that she clearly understood the importance of the issue and took ownership of it rather than just giving a standard response or passing it around.

The information she provided went well beyond what I had expected and has been genuinely useful. It is rare these days to be able to deal directly with someone who is knowledgeable, responsive and willing to help properly.
