I spoke to Karen Maddock l must say her professionalism was brilliant and l didn’t think l was actually on the phone with a debt recovery officer. She took her time to understand why l called she reassured me that she can try and fix the issue straight away which she did. She realised l was anxious about everything but her calmness and to hear her say don’t worry all is sorted the case is closed now was absolutely brilliant made my day. Thank you Karen.

Thanks to Patrick my situation was resolved how it should have been and effectively. I had a bad phone call with a previous colleague called marmadoush and I was not happy with how I was treated.. Patrick more than made up for marmadoush' errors

Helpful, constructive and professional

I was hitting a wall trying to challenge a parking ticket.
I decided to call the debt recovery company just to prevent further action while I attempted to sort the issue.
My call was answered immediately. Patrick was measured,professional and understanding. He made my day by being able to get to the root cause of the problem.

I had the grounds to contest my fine but the proof was still yet to arrive. They put the debt on hold, then after a month I called up, showed proof and they removed it.

All easy and friendly, my only reason for 4 stars is it isnt clear how to contest, but you just haver to call up

Leon Beckford gave an excellent service. He was extremely helpful and kind. Especially as the situation was not pleasant, as I genuinely thought I had paid the fine on receipt of the outcome of my appeal on 29th of July.

Initial contact by phone, up to an hour, not good I hung up!
Third try called early, spoke to Rachel who was patient, kind and she listened.
A two way conversation both respectful.
A difficult situation but the outcome was good for the both of us.

Tried to contact this company several times, have copies of emails sent to them but no reply, I received NO parking fine with time of the alleged overstay and no ANPR photographic evidence, instead I have received a second notice saying I haven’t paid the fine. I emailed the company after this but no response, now I have received a third notice, once again I have emailed the company and no response. I have requested the time of the alleged offence and photographic evidence which I have yet to receive. Poor company preying on others. Guess I’ll see you in court.

This company is an absoloute joke. They are very happy to take your money for parking tickets. They are not happy to email you or answer your call- I have emailed them numerous times and called them multiple times for up to 50 minutes and had no answer from the phone/ email. The one time I did her through (after a 45 minute wait on the phone) I spoke to an extremely rude and arrogant man called Robert from the collections department who refused to even tell me who DRP was regulated by. Disgusting company with zero morals and zero will to help.

Be very wary of this company!
I called the 0208 234 6775 to enquire how to pay a bill.
The call operator insisted that I had to give him all my card details to him over the phone.
I did not trust or feel comfortable with giving all my credit card details to a stranger.
I asked if I could pay another way.
He told me there was no other way and I had to give my details to him directly now.
This is completely untrue and payments should always be made through, their website.

Rachael was exceptionally helpful sorting out a misunderstanding with the issue. She followed up quickly and efficiently and had it solved within hours of my call

Spoke to Mike Gibson, very helpful and understanding individual. Resolved the issue professionally (Car Park Charge) and wished I had spoke to him from the beginning. Thank you 5 star rating!!

Easy communication. Polite and friendly.

Monica was very helpful, she listened when I explained the situation and then looked into it further. Came back and confirmed that the charge had been cancelled but the parking company hadn't updated the account. She cancelled this for me and confirmed.

No responce to email and calls.
They keep the fine with them till its not a huge amount.
Totally fraud
