You call them and they are just confirming what you have on the letter. In 2026 cannot do installments online only on the phone, they ask on the phone to give them all the bank details to make the payment.

Excellent customer service from Karen!

I spoke to Karen today about a parking charge that had been passed to Debt Recovery Plus. She was incredibly kind, patient and understanding. She listened to my situation and went out of her way to help me.

After struggling to pay and set up payment plans with other colleges, I spoke to Mike today who was amazing, he set up the payment plan for me straight away and gave me all the information I needed thankyou Mike!!

Dealt with a women called Karen Maddock about a parking fine which I had received through the post.One phone call was all it took and Karen sorted it all out for me.Fantastic service.Also kept me updated with emails with what was happening.Very happy customer.

Very difficult company to deal with. They offer to discuss options. Those options offered are pay or be taken to court. They are not a bailiff, they are just a way of adding to the fine. Very intimidating, very difficult to communicate with.

Worst company I have ever contacted or tried to contact as the agents keep being rude and cutting off it took me over a month to finally put my point across if I could shut this company down I would do it in a heartbeat, horrible nasty people work here with seriously bad attitude and no customer service skills whatsoever

Once I got through the person I spoke to was very helpful however it took me an hour on hold to get through to them.

Rachael who dealt with my query was very easy to converse with, remained calm and was able to smoothly assist and move my concern forward in a polite and cordial way. Spoke to this company on behalf of my Uncle to pay parking fine. tried to pay, my bank froze my account as they recognised this as a scam. My Norton account on my phone would not allow me to proceed. In the interim, my Uncle died. I phoned them and they were helpful. I sent of the death certificate as the debt died with him. Today I received a threat from them. What a scummy company. Will phone them tomorrow to see what went wrong and who was sacked. I am so upset

Tyler Turner went the extra mile to resolve my issue regarding my parking ticket. He is a true asset to your company. This ticket was paid likeI had advised it had been but due to an error your end we suffered a lot of trouble trying to get it resolved.

I told him I suffered from depression and he handled the call so well Mike was brilliant and left me at ease because I was panicking before the call.
