⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service — they genuinely go above and beyond

I honestly cannot recommend Deferit highly enough. They have been an absolute lifesaver for me, particularly with the current cost-of-living pressures.

Recently, I had unexpected problems with my bank account and card that were completely outside my control. I contacted Deferit about my upcoming payments, and they went above and beyond to help me by moving my payment dates while I got everything sorted out. They didn’t have to accommodate my situation the way they did, but they genuinely tried to make things easier for me rather than adding more stress to an already difficult situation.

Every time I have contacted them, their service has been prompt, efficient, understanding and genuinely helpful. Questions are answered quickly, issues are dealt with properly, and I’ve never felt like I’m being given generic responses or passed around without anyone actually helping.

What really stands out to me is the human side of their customer service. When so many people are struggling with the cost of living, having a service that provides some flexibility and then actually treats its customers with understanding makes an enormous difference.

Deferit has helped me manage expenses at times when having that extra flexibility has genuinely mattered. My experience with them has been consistently excellent, and after the way they handled my recent situation, I felt they deserved recognition for it.

Fantastic business, great for paying bills or invoices (uses bpay) and you can pay it in 4 instalments ! Once you pay the 1st instalment Deferit pay the whole bill within a few hours ! Unlike many businesses splitting things in to 4 payments you can move a payment to a different date incase something unexpected comes up and they really go the extra mile if you have any issues - Great business and great helpful staff, Download the Deferit App and try it today- it has been a game changer for power and net bills

I had a logging in issue using my AppleID, Kristine from Deferit was continually checking in and updating while the error was being corrected. In the interim she ensured that I could login via the web interface and could access all the important stuff without delays. I couldn't have asked for better communication and assistance while this issue took some time to resolve, I'd recommend Deferit to anyone that needs to use their services!

Chin was very helpful. I took longer to respond to his email and he followed up. Also Kristine was great responding to my email and solving my issue.
