Their customer service is extremely bad! You can not contact them by phone and their live chat bot sucks and can’t help you so you’re referred to email them and they take days to respond to important emails. My bill didn’t get paid and is now late but they still charged me!! And so now I’m having to pay it again regularly!! And I have gotten no response about a refund! So I’m paying a $180 bill twice!!!!

Hey Deferit! Be responsible in people’s Indentity! I am not allowing anyone to use my name without any permission! We are trying to contact you not replying to any email. Credit Wipe is named Jasmine tried to request on my side about the issue that you’ve been made to my credit file, which really impacted me!!! Why are you not returning any reply or not acknowledging any messages? We are not going to wait to long , take a further action!!!!

FRAUDS!!!! THESE PEOPLE PRAY ON THE NOT SO FORTUNATE AND YOU WILL NEVER HERE FROM THEM AGAIN MATTER OF FACT AFTER YOU SIGN UP (PAY THEIR FEE) AND THEN BOOM!!! THEY LOCK YOUR ACCOUNT REMINDS ME OF THE MOVIE BEE KEEPER JUST A CALL CENTER FULL OF LOW LIFES SCAMMING PEOPLE!!! GET A REAL JOB LOSERS.

Love the service, my lifesaver in this current economic crisis as I could pay my bills on time without being stress out. Also introduced this to my friends and they find it helpful. Highly recommended

I have been using Deferit for about 7 months now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. We all know what it's like when a bill comes unexpectedly, or is higher than expected, and Deferit has been a great way for me to budget through difficult times.
On top of that, I have had to contact their support team on two occasions - one over the Christmas/New Year break - and on both occasions their staff were prompt, friendly, helpful and professional. At one stage I had my credit card stolen, so I wasn't sure how I would be able to make payments if I didn't get the new card in time, and they explained to me that I could delay payments without penalty.
All in all, it has been a tremendously useful service for me, my experience with support has made me confident that any future problems will be quickly and easily resolved, and as a result I highly recommend Deferit.

Amazing budgeting app, helps me to pay my bills

I’ve had two bills sitting on “processing” status for two days. No help whatsoever from customer service instant chat, no one has responded to my issue. Seriously unhelpful, and really stressful as I have relied on this service, now my bills are overdue. Thanks deferit.

Deferit are amazing to accomodate paying your bills in installments with no interest and a minimal monthly fee. They are always happy to change installment payment dates if needed at no extra charge and couldn’t be more helpful! Would definitely recommend. 😊
