I ordered A cross stand + 4 square…
I ordered A cross stand + 4 square weights for parasol to be delievered with in 2 days. Order was placed on the 2nd of July . Today I recived only 4 round weights not even the square one I ordered and also no Cross stand so weights are useless.
Good luck trying to call company as no one answers their phone. Email takes 2-3 days to reply and even then they don't address the issue.
I will have to raise chargeback, this company is useless, and can't even keep delivery on time
I do not recommend this company

Great quality
Ordered an Italian coffee pot from Denny Shop UK and I’m genuinely very happy with both the product and the service.
Delivery was quick, the item arrived well packaged, and the quality of the coffee pot is excellent. I actually ordered the silver version and received the copper one by mistake, but honestly it looks fantastic and feels premium in hand.
The design is stylish, easy to use, and makes great coffee. Overall a very positive experience and I would happily order from them again. Highly recommended.

What went wrong is evri
What went wrong is evri; I shudder anythime I see that they are making a delivery. The bell outside my automatic gates is not working but they refuse to call my mobile, 0795 0022668, which is surely exactly what mobiles were made for.
Nobody else has a problem with this. I can watch Iceland real time on line and Amazon follow my alternative instructions precisely.
