Warning do not buy this! What a waste of money!
This shelf unit is the worst quality item I've purchased in a very long time. The material is so flimsy it is almost impossible to assemble. The joints are so thin that they bend with no force applied and the item is simply not fit for purpose. A complete waste of money and considerable time trying to work around the poor design.

Have not yet received order. Every time we have issues with EVRI. I believe that the order was processed and dispatched quickly. It's just the courier that is the problem.

You better hope it doesn't break!
I bought a bin for £65.85 in April, this weekend both hinges broke almost simultaneously. I wasn't worried, it's covered for a replacement or refund under the rules of Trading Standards. I emailed to explain and was gobsmacked at the response.

How on earth am I supposed to tell them about a fault before it's occurred?
I used the B&Q marketplace to buy the bin. They're supposed to vet those sellers that use their platform. I have now contacted them hoping to get a resolution as this is an incredibly poor response and goes against consumer protection legislation.

Very disappointing experience. My orders were accepted over several days, then four days later I was told the items were out of stock and asked to cancel them myself. This was highly misleading, showed poor inventory management, and put my business and reputation at risk. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.

The Dennys squirrel proof fat ball feeder for birds is the best one I have ever managed to buy. I need it mainly for sparrows and birds of similar size which enjoy the fat balls, throughout the day.Unlike the Jackdaws which with a previous design of feeder, devoured them immediately. Even the most enterprising squirrels have failed to dislodge the top. Well done the designer, the dimensions are just right!

I ordered 2 packages one arrived OK the other had several parts missing. After 5 emails the response was still send pics of the item.
I rang the customer care helpline it went to a full voicemail box! I rang sales in an attempt to speak to somebody - it just rang out
This company is a middle man buying and selling others goods. No reputation or attempt at having satisfied customers. The 1 star given is too high a praise but the system won't move on with zero or a minus rating - AVOID!!!
