I purchased 2 garden arches 3 months ago. I have just opened them and on part is incorrectly drilled. They claim the warranty was only for 2 months and refuse to help even though the consumer act of 2015 says that they are responsible.

Poor build qualy
I tried hard to get this bin. Twice it arrived dented through third-party suppliers, so on the third attempt I ordered directly from Denny Shop UK. Just over two months later it has broken — not through misuse, but through poor workmanship, which I sent photos to demonstrate.
The response from customer services has been entirely dismissive. They've hidden behind a 2-month warranty and simply repeated that the item is "outside the warranty period," without engaging with the fault or the photos at all.
In the UK, a seller's short warranty does not override your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — goods must be of satisfactory quality and last a reasonable length of time. Pointing this out made no difference; they just restated their position.
Disappointing product, disappointing service. I'm now pursuing a chargeback. I wouldn't order from here again.
