Always friendly and helpful in shop or on the phone, online orders arrive swiftly and packaged really well. The shop is a treasure trove for any person in love with railways or just starting out, the help and useful information for all aspects is great. I'm not into railways but, have a hubby who's smitten - so great for birthday and Christmas buying!

Excellent customer service, very good and competitive prices and quick delivery. Ordered a few models before Christmas, and appreciated Dan checking to confirm all had arrived on time with Royal Mail and couriers being a bit hit and miss at the time. Couple of the models were out of stock with the larger retailers so a good find! Will definitely be using again.

Always get excellent service with good delivery times from these folks ! I've bought stuff many times from them and it's always been priced competitively and sent promptly. On the one occasion I did a pre-order, the products came into stock separately and they kept me up to date with progress as each item became available (unlike other shops I could mention!). Five star service and they will always answer any query you have.

Basically, the whole experience was perfect from start to finish. I knew the team would be very busy in the week before Christmas, but I got through on the phone quite quickly. Then, they were so efficient and well-organised that the transaction was very quick. The order was dispatched that day and I received it the next day, perfectly packed, in time for Christmas!
