I found Derails while looking for a DCC system (Infinity) and was swayed by the great price. It took me a while to get it out of the box and had dropped an email to let them know it had arrived. I was really pleased that I received a reply saying to give a call if there were any problems with set up if I needed it. Really pleased with them and will be looking for reasons to use them again. Recently started to shop at Derails after my local shop moved and wish that I had changed ages ago !. Their service is fast, efficient and competitively priced. Of particular relevance is free postage if spending over £20, other retailers offer "free" postage which is in reality covered by their increased prices !. The loyalty scheme is a winner, it is not necessary to spend a fortune to receive a discount, nor order above a certain price in order to use that discount. The discount can be used on the very next order, irrespective of the amount spent. Well done Derails !

I've used Derails a few times. Delivery is usually pretty quick at the free standard, at just a few days.

They followed up one of my orders to make sure it had been delivered, and my most recent order got stuck with Royal Mail. I have just expected that the delay was just RM slowness, but they proactively got in contact with RM and me to let me know and get things moving.

Definitely a supplier that cares about their customers.

Have purchased many items from the folk at Derails. What sets them apart, in my view, is the personal touch when dealing with them, like the written messages, thanking me for my service.
Nothing is too much bother for them, especially when I have accidently double ordered an item.

A family-run business that I highly recommend.

Recently encountered poor Q running with an AC Pannier.I tried to adjust the pick ups by taking the keeper plate off but could not reassemble.Contacted Dan and staff and the response was quite superb. I enjoyed free return coupled with adjustment of pick ups,cleaning of drivers to get rid of excess lubrication etc .Result runs perfectly thanks to the Derails after sales support/customer care.
