Ordered a few wagons and bits on the late afternoon of Friday 22nd Dec, expecting the parcel to be dispatched when Derails re-opened after Xmas. I was delighted to see the parcel was posted on Saturday morning (23rd) thanks to the regular email updates from Derails. I was even more delighted to receive the parcel on the afternoon of Xmas Eve, it was worth paying the very reasonable upgrade (£3.99) to Tracked 24.

Have made a number of purchases from Derails over the last three years. Have found them to be consistently reliable and helpful, with decent prices and good range of goods.

First class service. Opted for there check before dispatch service. Loco runs well, very happy and then they made contact a week or so later just to make sure everything was OK. Very impressive customer service.

I've used Derails a number of times previously and have received consistently excellent service. On this occasion, there was a manufacturing fault with a loco that I bought and it was turned around extremely quickly, the replacement was tested and sent back to me within a couple of days. My model shop of choice going forward.

I ordered a Locomotive on Tuesday (12th December)
they fitted a DCC decoder for me and it was delivered via Royal Mail and arrived at my address the following day (13th).
Derails will be my first port of call from now on

Placed this order on Friday 8th Sept,received next day. Brilliantly fast service. The item was excellent,great price,extremely well packaged. Order was duck and Geese 00 gauge. Will look great in the cottage where I intend to place them. Highly recommended.

As model railway stuff gets more expensive I was looking around for a new locomotive R3983 but at £256, so I search and found Derails and at £226 I couldn't argue. The model arrived safely and with the hornby package and the biscuits was a really nice from derails to put in will be ordering from them again.

The first time I've used Derails and it was simple to order and pay.

I have used Derails for nearly a year, they have proved to be a great, reliable company. They have always supplied me with excellent service. They don't tell you it's in stock when it's not, they have alway been competitive on the price, with fast next day delivery.
Dan is a credit to the hobby, his knowledge is fantastic, he is more than happy to talk too customers about setting up there first layout, making sure you dont make silly mistakes.
