I wanted to check everything I'd seen online to ensure I could secure exactly the holiday I was looking for in the Maldives. I had issues with another company last year, where Destination2 saved me and my plans, hence why I came back. Gavin was just brilliant, no other way to say it. He listened, and more importantly, anticipated my questions so could answer everything I threw at him! I think we sometimes underestimate how being attentive to a customer’s needs makes for an outstanding service and experience. The other differentiator is that Gavin clearly loves his job, which again, makes me know I'm in great hands (builds trust, removes concerns, etc). If you're undecided on a holiday, for me, you can't match Destination2 for their service. Will I be back, you bet I will. Next stop the Maldives!

Very quick to want me to book with you offered £5 discount to get deal but then charged me £4.95 admin charge. Then get unpaid balance e mail phoned asap spoke to Alex and asked why it was sent asked if Alfie the agent to contact me to expain by phone or email no luck. Had to phone next day spoke to very nice lady who expaied charge had been made by P@O and had not been informed of this charge has now been removed. Will look very carfully at booking again with you

I should like to thank Stephen for his help in booking our holiday to the Maldives. He was extremely helpful and informative in discussing our various options for flights and accommodation. I would highly recommend him for the excellent service that he gave us, and hope that he is available for when we book our next holiday.

I have made several phone calls to confirm our request and have been handed from one department to another . There appears to be no communication between service areas which leads to frustration and disappointment.

We had, let us say, an issue with our holiday( quite a big issue and sought the help of Destination2 with it.
Simone was our point of contact and my wife and I both have to agree she was faultless-she responded promptly and accurately and with all courtesy to our messages and was able in a short time frame to remedy ‘our issue’ with a solution that far exceeded our expectations.
We cannot thank you enough Simone. On our experience we would most strongly recommend using Destination2 to whoever seeks to book a foreign holiday.

Booked a Thailand hotel with a lovely lady called Tracy who was an expert on Thailand and Asia generally and was clearly well travelled herself. Really helped validate my choices as well as a great price and service.

Booked the remaining details of my holiday to Dubai for next year with Nadine. I can’t say enough about how her customer service made me feel. She’s friendly, understanding and totally outstanding ❤️

I dealt with Shauna who was extremely helpful as I was booking a group with some difficult requirements. I have about six alternatives from which we managed to create the best we can restricted only by the airlines schedule.
Throughout she handled our enquiry with good humour and a friendly attitude for which I was very grateful, the stress is on both sides! Having finally booked Shauna was not able to take the deposit payment but left it to a colleague. They could learn a lot about customer service! All in all with just that little blip the service again from D2 was exceptional. We have used them before and will use them again. Shauna you are a credit to the company.
