Excellent customer service 3rd time I’ve used this company Nadine was so helpful and knowledgeable

Nadine Edward's was very patient and helpful with us. Nothing was too much trouble. She was very friendly too. This is our 2nd time booking with this company and i camt recommend enough.

I am not keen on the requirement to download the app to view all my travel documents etc.

I have updated your score following review of your reply however the initial e mail stated that I had to download the app to access my documents.

I don’t think the website was clear and confusing regarding what was being booked. Won’t validate genuine discount codes. I rang up for clarification on some issues and the call handler made me feel like an inconvenience. I haven’t enjoyed the experience booking through you at all so far.

In response to the below prior contact wouldn’t have helped as you couldn’t answer my questions even afterwards, didn’t seem to know and your computer systems were down. I also was made to feel like an inconvenience and a nuisance asking any questions, was cut short and interrupted. If I had rang up prior to booking and had that experience I wouldn’t have booked through you.

The TUI website for the same destination, same price is clearer on further research, useful images, details below and clear guidance on what is included, would be no reason to ring up and clarify. I got more information from them and their website than through ringing yourselves for which I still don’t have an update. I was only enticed to your website through a link and discount code which was at first able to be applied and did work and then later there was no where to enter when re-visiting.

Booking with Destination2 was perfect for me. I’m not confident with booking online so I called and got through to Chris, who booked for me the hotel i had seen on their website, asked my preferred airport flying from, gave flight times etc over the phone and I booked immediately without hesitation.
I booked only 4 days before my 2 week holiday to Greece and it was a breeze.
I received all confirmation, booking details, room details , Taxi transfer details on an email with
Attachments, and printed these off as recommended x 2 copies of each before I left . Always handy to have these documents printed off not just on your phone and email in case you need them. Which I did but everything was dealt with professionally and I was kept informed.

So my experience with Destination 2 has been really good and I would use again.

just booked our holiday to dubai with destination 2, spoke to john, top man, easy to talk to and very very helpful, made the booking so easy.

I tried to book my holiday on line but transferring from my bank website toDestination 2 website i was timed out. I gave up.
However Gavin from Destination 2 rang me that same evening to ask what the problem was and if he could help. Gavin listened and as i wanted to book the holiday, he agreed to ring me back and help to make payment easier.
I missed 2 calls from Gavin but he rang back a third time. Gavin made the booking and then stayed on the line to talk me through the payment process as i did it.
Gavin was very patient; read through all the updates for the hotel and emailed me so if i had any further issues, i could email him direct. Gavin made the booking process very easy for me.

Nadine was very helpful when booking our hotel in the Maldives.
