I have just made another booking with destination 2 ,this time I needed a little help as the booking was for another person as a Xmas present and I didn’t want the confirmation or any information going to him until after Christmas.i spoke to a travel adviser Sohit who made the reservation and said I could change contact details in the new year.ive booked with this company many time and never had any issues and always got a good deal compared to most other travel companies

Liked booking through Rachel. But when I need customer service this is a long protracted service. I wanted to add an extra and pay extra deposit, they said couldn't take over phone, why when I paid over phone originally on special call back. No, wanted online where they want to charge a £4.95 booking fee. Not acceptable. Eventually able to pay via bank transfer but it took 5 day to get to that.
Hoping that going forward they will be more organised and efficient.

Booked a holiday yesterday, the lady that helped us book was Finn.
She was do helpful and professional throughout and made the process very easy.

This is the second holiday booked with Nadine Edwards from Destination2 within a week. I find the company the best value and staff very helpful. Thank you for all your help and advice.

I am writing this review as a severe warning to holidaymakers, particularly families travelling with elderly relatives. Destination 2 cruises engages in deceptive, post-deposit misrepresentation that, in our case, directly compromised the physical safety of my 86 year old mother. When booking our cruise package on Holland America’s Rotterdam, we were led to believe we were booking a standard, premium Neptune Suite typically located in the safe, stable mid-ship sections of Deck 7 or Deck 8. Only after they took our deposit did they reveal the reality, locking us into cabin 11006.
This is a classic, dangerous bait-and switch. While 11006 is technically labelled a Neptune Suite on paper, it is a notorious structural outlier at the absolute front bay forward of Deck 11 Sun Deck.
The Safety Hazard being at the highest and most forward point of the ship, this room catches the absolute worst of the ship’s pitching and rolling. For an 86 year old woman, this extreme motion creates a severe fall and injury risk. Not only that my mother would have to walk the long corridor to reach the lifts to go down to 4 decks to reach the Neptune lounges mid-ship.
The Misrepresentation unlike the spacious, premium Deck 7 and 8 suites we were led to expect, 11006 has a tightly restricted layout and a significantly smaller compromised balcony.
When challenged on this post-deposit assignment Destination’s 2 customer showed zero accountability.
They will take your deposit and happily trap you in completely inappropriate, dangerous room assignments just to clear their own low-tier inventory.
Do not trust their descriptions book directly with Holland America.
