Excellent experience
Excellent experience we were left alone to look and pick our sofa in peace. There was no hard sell just informative information on the sofa of choice plus additional products such as aftercare. The staff were really helpful and the service was great I appreciated the shopping experience they created. My previous experience of shopping for sofas from other companies was to be stalked around the store this was the complete opposite, I would recommend DFS to everyone.

A good and pleasant service.
Adam, the sales representative, explained everything we needed to know. He rang the store to check the condition of the chair in the discount and reported back and explained the delivery sequence. He gave us time to decide on our options and at no time did we feel pressed to take out any extras. All in all a good and pleasant service.

The salesman (Adam Smith) dealt with my daughter and I in a very professional manner, yet friendly and courteous. He explained all the procedures and talked through all the information on Care Plans etc. and the 5 year package right down to our delivery day.
We could not have asked for a more pleasant guy.
I ordered a Newsome 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs and I am looking forward to their delivery in December.
