It’s not what it says in the label.
Ordering was fine, we knew what we wanted.
Then it was constant add ons. £129 compulsory delivery, after sales care package £109 hard sell. Did we want to pay extra for easy glides, we said no then us but were forced across the shop for a demo, still declined. Special cleaner in case of spillages, around £40? We’ve already paid for a care package where someone will come out in the event of a stain etc. then It was did we want to buy a rug, no thanks, what about an occasional table or something?
Wish I had ordered online!

ordered a sofa which looks great, very comfortable and delivered when they said they would.

Wayne was friendly and thorough throughout the whole process.
He didn't pressure us into anything but was more than willing to explain anything we required.

Tasinah was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We visited the store with 3 sofas set in mind but ended up buying a totally different one with Tasinah’s expertise! What a truly wonderful member of staff! Tasinah made our sofa shopping extremely easy and stress free and was not pushy at all like most sales people. Thank you Tasinah!! ☺️

We visited the store with 3 sofas set in mind that we wanted. Tasinah came over to help us and her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help us, was extremely helpful, patient and most of all super friendly. We ended up buying a completely different sofa to what we had in mind thanks to Tasinah‘s expertise!

Very helpful staff with great knowledge, really impressed, good layout of shop to try everything too. Even offered us a coffee when walking around! Excellent customer service.
