We had excellent service from Alana, a friendly smile as soon as we walked into the store , very welcoming . We had a good look round the store and then Alana gave us good advice about the sofa we wanted to buy , explaining the guarantee and the sofacare , and offered a tape measure to measure . Perfect service . Would recommend DFS to our friends and family .

Our sofa buying experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff at Truro were very informative and helpful. The service was extremely thorough without feeling under pressure.
We visited the store a couple times before making a decision and on each occasion the staff were very friendly and cheerful.
Mariangela talked us through every step of our purchase and gave us all of the options available to us.
