The staff are friendly but professional gave us space and time to decide on what we wanted to purchase but were there to answer any questions we may have,
we are looking forward to receiving our new sofa and returning to DFS for our next purchase, thank you

Sales lady was very informative and helpful, very pleased with her customer service.

Trystan took time to make sure we understood how best to look after the furniture and explained the benefits of added extras without rushing or pressurising us to make a decision.

Amazing service from the lady who helped us purchase a sofa. I’m a support worker and we went there and were made to feel very welcome and the client I support was fully included in all conversations and plenty of time was given

The customer service provided by Toby was fantastic. It was so clear that he was very knowledgeable in the field and was able to answer all of our questions as well as provided great advice. Toby was so down to earth and made our sofa-shopping experience a breeze!

Tristan talked us through the whole process carefully and answered all of our questions thoroughly, he presented us with all the options that we could purchase but was not pushy at all and we felt at ease in his company. We would certainly be happy purchasing from DFS in the future.

We were supported choosing a sofa by Teresa who directed us to a sofa that we hadn't before looked at, having listened to what we wanted. Teresa was friendly, approachable and transparent through the purchase. Everyone in DFS Truro that we met gave us excellent service and we would go there again to buy furniture.

Overall it was a great experience. However there was one thing that let the experience down. The sales lady got up at one point and started to go over to a couple that walked in the door and left me on the sofa.
As a customer service trainer you should give your sole attention to the person you are dealing with and not leave them .

No hard sell - just excellent customer service. Steve was very helpful and was able to answer all my queries.

Excellent customer service by both Toby on our initial visit and by Tristan on our latest visit. They both explained the details of the product extremely well. Toby provided us with contact details to make the order. However, we decided to do this in person. Tristan took us through the purchase process and explain the various options available including the interest free purchase details advising the costs for each period from 6 months to 48 months. Tristan also gave us information on caring for the product.

We were acknowledged on entering the store always a positive first step. Having looked around we chose the chairs we liked and we're dealt with by Alana a lovely young woman with pleasant personality who had a great product knowledge.She answered all our questions,advised us about insurance cover,which we took out. We were given a cup of coffee, at no time were we put under any pressure to buy.A pleasant experience from start to finish.Alana was excellent.we would have no hesitation in recommending this store to anyone.
