I've used Direct Accident many times and find them to be efficient and reliable. The Area Sales Manager is friendly and always on the end of the phone.
If you've had an accident that isn't your fault then they will sort everything for you with no costs, including a car and any compensation you may be due. Would highly recommend them.
Over the years we've used various accident management companies, and have found that the service we get from Direct Accident Management and the attitude of the Area Sales Manager far superior to the other companies. Even when the claims handlers are under pressure from myself, they are always professional and helpful.
Over the past couple of months I have recommended them to other garages and car bodyshops, and always to my customers who have also had positive experiences.

This review should have been written YEARS ago. I was just doing a tidy up and saw the folder I had received from direct accident management back in 2007! Long story short, I was still a uni student back then, I was driving on the way back home, had an accident which was not my fault. What happened was that the other car pulled out from another lane and leaving me no space to stop. police weren't being helpful at all, and being stereotype and looked at me as a young kid and assuming it was my fault. I was very stressed and did not know what to do, I originally searched online for a bit of advice, then came accross direct accident's website. I left a message on their website and they called me back within 2 hours to discuss the case. Soon they took on the case and had it processed for me in couple of days. I was given a replacement car while my car was off road. They had been extremely helpful with the case, arranging replacement cars, claiming from third party, speaking to the witness on my behalf. I could not be happier with their service, their service had been second to none. I can not thank them enough for the service they had provided.
