I recommend DAMs to all my customers who have had a non-fault accident. DAMs have a great range of cars and deliver them quickly so my customers stay mobile. My local rep, Claire, is excellent and always at the end of the phone.

I live in North London and always used the same garage so don't really want to blame the garage ,
I decided to use direct as I thought I was getting a good deal and was annoyed with my insurance as they would not let me use the garage of my choice .
Firstly I went to pick my hire car up from garage which was nearly 2 hours late . There was a girl who apparently was the rep but did nothing to help . The car finally arrived and all was then fine until the paperwork come through the door !!!!' I CANT believe NO O N E ELSE HAS MENTIONED THIS ???? 6 months worth of bank statements of ALL accounts and 20 pages of paperwork to sign ???? Really ? When I called to ask why they need all these details they told me I had to comply or pay the thousands of pounds hire charges ....... Poor all round and def will never recommend and all these reviews seem to be from garages and not customers

Direct accident were brilliant, they put me in a car straight away, as i needed one for work. They helped me with getting injury compensation, and were very friendly and helpful.

After a few visits from Direct Accidents West London Rep I finally decided to bite the bullet and send over a claim. What can I say, every person i spoke with were professional and extremeley helpfull. My client was in desperate need of a hire vehicle straight away. Direct accident had a car out within 24 hours and my client was very impressed with both the type of car and also the condition. I have been kept informed of the process of delaing with Direct Accident from day 1 and have recieved complete professionalism and care from all the team. I would highly recommend any other garage owner to use this company as no doubt I will be sending more claims to them.

I've used Direct Accident several times and would recommend them to anyone. My customers have always had a positive experience. The cars are always pristine when they are delivered and the local representative, Claire, is excellent.

Someone hit my car and so I took it to my local garage (Sprayit! in Crews Hole, Bristol) and they suggested Direct Accident Management. They also pointed out that, although I thought my car was drive-able, it actually wasn't road legal or safe.
Direct accident delivered me a hire car within the hour and I used it until my car was sorted. They dealt with everything for me and it didn't cost me a penny. I'd use them again, no question.

When someone drove into my car, their insurance company offered me a courtesy car but I discovered that there was a massive excess on it? Plus they wouldn't let me have my car fixed at my local garage. It was really stressful as my car wasn't safe to drive?

Direct accident gave me a car to drive the same day so I could still get to work, and my local garage fixed my car. All of this at no cost to me and no stress at all.

I would recommend this to anyone rather than going through an insurance company.
