Happy Alternative
Once we agreed with Dogs Trust that the dog we initially hoped to adopt was not the right match for us, they very quickly identified a delightful and friendly alternative of a different breed. As it happened, this was a breed with which we already had considerable experience, and we were more than happy to accept. From the moment they contacted us, the team were extremely helpful in guiding us through the process and ensuring we were matched with a suitable dog. Their service throughout was professional, friendly, and consistently supportive.

I cannot thank the staff at evesham…
I cannot thank the staff at evesham centre enough for looking after our boy Deisal before he came to us.
The care they show is beyond any expectation I've seen before. I saw him and knew by his picture he was the one. After meeting him we knew he was our boy. They looked after him through kennel cough spoilt him sending him home with his favorite toys he still has 4 months later. They checked up we were OK and of course he was as well. As I write this hes laying between us for his morning snuggle and living the best life he can. Thanks to you giving him the best start after his previous owner passed. Our big boy says thank you Shannon

Excellent staff who gave us advice on…
Excellent staff who gave us advice on the breed, good at travelling, and excellent dog (we know who's boss 😊). She's very friendly to everyone unless they have a dog with them. Recall is great in the garden, but she ignores us when she's off the lead. She's still wearing her muzzle when we go for walks. Better safe than sorry. She even has her own fan club in St Neots.

I can't say enough good things about…
I can't say enough good things about Izzy and Alistair! It took them a while to match us with our perfect pup, but he was well with the wait. Izzy really assessed us well, and managed to figure out what sort of dog we'd be best suited for, even when we weren't sure ourselves how to articulate it. And then she found our match! Alistair introduced us to our dog at a park, and really took his time to explain the particular issues and needs of our dog. His advice on how to handle certain behaviours was immediately useful. We never felt pressure to adopt but couldn't have been better supported. Their expertise in placing dogs with the right home, and tips and support on how to be the best owners for your specific circumstances is invaluable. Izzy delivered our dogover quite a distance and was kind and patient with him through the whole stressful day. She answered all of our questions and gave us a lot of confidence in the dog's experience with Dogs Trust. Overall everything was excellent, especially the communication and the lifelong training support. We will tell everyone to support Dogs Trust.

Whenever we've called with a question or needed guidance, they have always been right there with constructive, expert help. We cannot praise Dogs Trust enough for their incredible work and support. Rehoming through them—rather than utilizing their rehab services—was a quick, efficient, and ultimately highly rewarding experience. Managing a high-drive Siberian Husky comes with plenty of unique challenges, and their specialist knowledge of the breed has been invaluable. Their team is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and entirely focused on matching dogs with the right homes while providing wonderful lifelong support. Whether you are rehoming, supporting a phenomenal cause, or tapping into their wealth of canine welfare resources, Dogs Trust sets the absolute gold standard. Highly recommend!

Fantastic help & support
Well where do i start. From the very first initial point of contact, to Cardiff centre. The friendliness and helpfulness from the staff was very good. The application process was very thorough.
We had a breed of dog in mind and saw one at Cardiff centre, which, is 5hr drive from us. This didn't bother us, cos we travel has far has we needed to. To find the right dog for us and importantly making sure the dog was comfortable with us too.
With travelling so far we did a meet and greet over 2 wknds. Where after the 2nd wknd visit. We finally brought our new family member home. Omg we are so pleased and happy with our new addition and pleased to say she has settled right in. She is as good as gold.
This is all thanks to Cardiff dogs trust for all their hard work they do. Not just looking after all the dogs but ensuring that their new home is right for them. The after care is also superb. Honestly can't thank them enough. Friendly, helpful and very welcoming. They talk you through all your concerns and what's right for you. Never judged always helped. You have helped our new member and us to a great life together ❤️.
Please if your wanting a pet, please look at dogs trust, cos there are so many dogs needing good homes. Help a rescue dog to find its forever happy home. Just like we did. 1000% recommend these guys. Just like us you will have no regrets. Massive thanks to everyone at Cardiff dogs trust.

Fantastic Charity
Dogs trust Evesham... Recently adopted a beautiful staffy cross called Calvin... But wow what can I say from start to finish the whole experience was fantastic, we got to see him multiple times and the whole process took about 3 weeks!
The staff who works there were amazing they are a real credit to the place they were so helpful and were so informative with any question we had! So we would just like to say a massive thankyou to them because without them we wouldnt have calvin with us now :) and another great thing is you get so much support being with them from support calls to behaviour advice etc they loved hearing how cheeky calvin has settled in so easily within 48 hours!
Me and my family would 100% recommend dogs trust to anyone.

I have adopted Millie from the…
I have adopted Millie from the Snetterton branch; sadly, she has not had a good start in life. She is an amazing little girl!. She has very bad nerve issues that we are working on and she needs to be house- and toilet-trained. It's going to take some time!. Adopting Milly was very straightforward. We did travel to meet with her twice. The staff are very friendly, and the dogs are their priority. I have never adopted before I will add. I have always gone to the breeder, but so many dogs need homes, and the overbreeding needs to be stopped.

Dogs Trust really care for the dogs in their care. I have been very impressed by their policies around adoption which ensure you are able to provide the care and attention to the dog you are adopting. Aftercare is provided which is a plus. Staff very helpful. I would recommend Dogs Trust to anyone thinking about adopting a dog for life.
