Dogtainers Reviews

Really happy with Dogtainers! They took great care of my 3 kitties flying from Melbourne to Cambodia. The team was professional, caring, and made the whole process stress-free. They kept me updated the entire time, and my kitties have arrived safely and are doing very well! Highly recommend!

My little pup arrived in Perth after a long trip from Melbourne well and hydrated, if a little messy. Communication was fine regarding flight, pickup location and flight.

Dogtainers and the team are absolutely fantastic and would definitely recommend. From first contact everyone I spoke to was professional and caring. The difficulties of relocating your pet can be very stressful, but the support from Dogtainers makes it less so. We in particular worked with Lisa who was amazing.

We had an amazing experience with dogtainers moving our beloved pooch internationally . Lisa and Michelle were very friendly and caring keeping us updated with emails, photos and phone calls along the journey keeping our minds at ease. I would highly recommend dogtainers :)

Fantastic Experience – Thank You Pets Abroad UK, Dogtainers Australia & Mickleham Quarantine!

We recently moved our two cats from the UK to Australia and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s such a stressful process, but all three teams were absolutely fantastic — professional, caring, and great communicators throughout.

A huge thank you to Melody at Pets Abroad UK for organizing everything so smoothly and keeping us informed every step of the way. Laura Adams at Dogtainers Australia was wonderful — always happy to answer questions and provide updates, which made the whole experience so much easier.

And finally, a big thanks to Joel and the team at Mickleham Post Entry Quarantine Facility for taking such great care of our boys once they arrived, keeping us updated and ensuring they were safe, happy, and well looked after.

All three companies worked together seamlessly to make sure our cats arrived safely and settled quickly. We’re so grateful — highly recommend them all!

I am absolutely impressed with the exceptional service provided by Dogtainers. From my very first enquiry to the safe delivery of our bird, every step of the process was clear, professional and genuinely caring.

A heartfelt thank you to Laena-Leigh, Ping, Kyle, Audrey, and Alex - each of you played an important role in making what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless and reassuring.

Laena-Leigh handled our initial quote with patience, warmth and professionalism. I was arranging the transport of an elderly relative’s bird, Tommy, from a rural property in Victoria to Perth and what could have been overwhelming was made easy thanks to her understanding and care.

Ping coordinated every detail efficiently, keeping me informed and checking in throughout the process. Her communication and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind.

Kyle, who collected Tommy, went above and beyond. He recognised how worried my relative was and took the time to reassure her that Tommy was in good hands. His kindness, regular updates and pictures are very much appreciated.

Audrey provided timely updates and photos before Tommy’s flight. Alex was just as attentive upon arrival in Perth, sending more updates and photos, ensuring quarantine went smoothly and caring for Tommy overnight before delivering him safely the next day.

Dogtainers didn’t just transport a pet, they cared for a cherished family member. The compassion, communication and genuine humanity shown by every team member made all the difference. It’s this personal touch that truly sets Dogtainers apart, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I could not recommend highly enough, our pet Lola came out of the quarantine looking healthy and well groomed. We had communication the whole way through and it never felt like hard work.

We relocated our Dachshund Charlie from the UK to Brisbane. Laura from Dogtainers ensured a seamless and stress free process. Charlie flew to Australia before his hoomans and Dogtainers dealt with all things Australian in terms of Quarantine and any associated communication. Laura also arranged Charlie's flight from Melbourne to Brisbane - one less thing for us to worry about. Communication was efficient, clear and friendly! We would highly recommend Dogtainers and will be sure to use them for any further flights we may take during our Aussie Adventure!!

I found the process of transporting my new rescue dog from Queensland to Tasmania with Dogtainers stress free and uncomplicated. ‘Ethan’ was professional and helpful, and was able to get my dog to me sooner than originally expected, and contacted me as promised to let me know. Great service!

Laena helped me with transporting two puppies within WA and was absolutely fantastic. Her communication was prompt and professional, and she helped answer all my questions. This process was a breeze thanks to her! Thanks so much, Laena!

Very smooth and easy booking process, puppy arrived clean and safe. Thanks!

Very fast and reliable service!

We moved our dog from UK to Australia and Dog trainers working alongside Pets Abroad made the process step by step so easy. She was so well cared for, we got updates at each stage of her journey and she arrived happy and well cared for. She’s a clingy dog that’s not crate trained and she handled it amazingly with their expertise. Would 100% recommend. Thank you x

Fabulously easy to book my fur babies onto a flight with me!

She was safe and comfy. no injuries and healthy.

I was more stressed than the cats were!
They arrived completely safe and sound and happy as can be, which was exciting as they normally yowl and stress over a simple ride to the vets in the car! Tell me your secrets!

From the first call to Dogtainers, I felt completely at ease with the transport of my fur babies. Not only do they always answer the phone, they know your full history of calls, so there's never repeating info.
We all arrived at our destination very happy.
Thank you for your kind and considerate help to all the staff that answered my calls.

The quote, booking and transport process for our cattos was seamless. With two high strung and hefty adult cats we were thinking the worst, they'd never flown before and one is on anxiety meds regularly. When they arrived at their destination they were calm and relaxed and the delivery guy was fantastic. Thankyou Dogtainers, you made a stressful time that bit easier.

Dogtainers made the interstate travel for my guinea pigs so easy! From their accurate and quick quotes, their amazing customer service with customising travel plans and stress free pick up and boarding, my fluffy girls made it to the other side safe and happy! Laena-Leigh was my consulted and was absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you so much!

Dogtainers is a professional, reliable and friendly service to transport your pet. Laena was extremely reliable, friendly and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for my dog and the whole flight process went extremely smoothly.
