Sydney to Melbourne - Two Cats
The man who picked up my animals was lovely, and true to his word he sent photo's of my cats when they reached the airport, and he texted me to let me know they were with the airline. When I picked up my cats after a few days boarding in Melbourne, the man who served me then was lovely as well. My cats seemed fine after their couple of days with Dogtainers. My pets appear to have been treated well during this experience. The only flaw I could have about it is I wish they had of sent messages when my pets arrived in Melbourne, and to let me know they were ok at the boarding facility - it would have been great to know. Apart from that I would say Dogtainers took good care of my cats and got them to their destination as promised. This was my first time hiring a service like this and I am satisfied with the job that was done. Thoroughly recommended.

Reliable and professional service
Dogtainers assisted me in relocating my cat Kali from overseas and interstate. Jess assisted me with the overseas move and made it easy every step of the way. She was efficient, helpful, and polite. My cat was delivered to my door without any stress or worry. The interstate move was just as good. I highly recommend Dogtainers.

Such a stress free experience!
Sooo happy that we went with Dogtainers to move our Golden Retriever Toast from Melbourne to India. Lisa from the Dogtainers team was always prompt responses and the entire move has been so seamless thanks to her and the team.
Pet relocation is such a daunting and stressful process, but we had so much guidance and reassurance from Lisa at every step of the process. Pretty much everything was taken care of by Dogtainers and we just needed to turn up for the scheduled appointments and drop offs. Very highly recommend, such a positive experience :)

We have used dogtainers twice now
We have used dogtainers twice now, both dogs from Canberra to Perth. One dog is a boxer, the other is a smaller maltese shih tzu. Both times, we had an amazing experience. Specifically, Hannah, who physically dropped Alfie off at our house. She even checked in after to see how the introduction (between boxer and shih tzu) went.
We also got plenty of real time updates as the dogs were in transit.
Oh, my mum used these guys 7 years ago, when she got her dog transported from NZ to Australia, and she said they were great then also :)

Stress-Free Pet Relocation with Dogtainers Melbourne!
I recently used Dogtainers Melbourne to transport my two beloved cats, Banjo and Luna, from Australia to Malaysia, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely caring about my furry babies’ well-being.
They handled everything seamlessly, from paperwork to travel arrangements, ensuring Banjo and Luna were comfortable and safe throughout the journey. The communication was excellent—I was kept updated every step of the way, which gave me peace of mind during such a big move.
When Banjo and Luna arrived in Malaysia, they were in great condition, and it was clear that they had been well taken care of. I truly appreciate the dedication and expertise of the Dogtainers Melbourne team especially to Lisa! If you’re looking for a reliable pet transport service, I highly recommend them!

Laena-Leigh was fantastic, and nothing was too much for her.
We had our dog fail her BOAS test, then one cat fall ill just days before departure. So only 1 pet could actually fly on the day.
The alterations and refunds were dealt with professionally and promptly.
