Love the variety from Donald Russell. The meat is always first class and I can always trust this company to deliver the best.

Consistently amazing food, excellent service

All the items I ordered are great delivery is always on time and food excellent products and good value I have an order coming on Thursday and also one in December

We are long term customers of Donald Russell and have never been disappointed. From prepared meals, savings bundles and the range on offer, it is hard to beat.

Always excellent food, delivered promptly

I have used Donald Russell for many years and have always found their meat to be first class. The website is easy to navigate. Products are no dearer than my local butcher and come ready packed for the freezer. I have recommended them to most of my friends.

Top quality product and first class customer service.

Never let me down, produce top class as usual

All the products from Donald Russell have been excellent both in taste and quality and are good value considering the quality.

We have dealt with Donald Russell for a number of years now and continue to because of the overall quality of their products and the range available. Apart from fresh food we also select items from their prepared meals from time to time and we have our favorites which include good quality ones like spaghetti bolognese to their range of currys. What ever we order it is well packaged and delivered in a matter of days. The only negative I would say is the polystyrene boxes the order is delivered in are a real pain to break down into small enough bits to get the whole lot into my bin.

Reliable as always. All products are very high quality and the service is excellent.

Not sure if you are aware though I sent an email with photos … the box top was totally smashed in. Luckily the currier switched his route to get it to me before any food deteriorated .
Now as for the content all I had has so far been good. Thank goodness the chicken isn’t pumped with water as seems to be when purchasing in some supermarkets. No problems at all. Thank you

I have had several deliveries now from this seller - I have had the rib-eyes, the lamb chops, pork chops, short rib beef, duck and poultry and other items, it is superior quality and well priced. Always packaged extremely well - I am happy to recommend and I shall continue to use these wonderful producers.

Last Christmas I decided to do things a little different, I looked at buying in a meal for two and I came across Donald Russell and what I saw was perfect, it arrived and was as described, an absolute bargain but there is more!! I have since bought many more items from them and as of yet everything has been exceptionally good quality, all boxed up and delivered to your doorstep in a box which keeps it frozen for you

Consistently excellent. I am a regular customer of Donald Russell and am very happy to recommend them. Their beef is outstanding and could be served at any fine dining restaurant. Just follow the cooking guidelines and you won’t be disappointed. All of their products are top quality. Please don’t ever change!

Very good quality delivered with care and excellent packing would recommend to anybody that wants good value products

I’ve used Donald Russell for many years and have always had excellent products. I do not buy a great quantity but what I’ve had I’ve always been delighted with. Good company to deal with.

Great quality and choice. In my opinion you get what you pay for and have been more than happy with all items received.

Most of the meat and shellfish I have bought have been excellent . It is very expensive so I wait for offers. I have had two orders where I was very disappointed with the meat and when I tried to request a refund or discussion there was no way to do it online. I took photos and decided I would probably not order again.

I have been a regular customer of DR for a number of years and purchase their meat on a regular basis. The quality and flavour is fantastic and, to date, all deliveries have been on the agreed date within the delivery time slot. You need to be a little careful with the “cooking times” but these are only a guide and are great as a starter. They have some great offers which is ideal to keep the freezer “topped up”.
