Not really Down Under
Bought a Citizen watch through this site and the service and delivery was really fast.
Watch was as advertised and in new condition.
The only negative was since the website is called Down Under Watches, I expected it to be Australian based. However turns out the merchant is from Singapore and I was promptly charged an Overseas Transaction Fee by my bank. If I had known the merchant was overseas, I would have reconsidered my order.

Faulty Watch and Repair Service
I bought a Seiko watch from DownUnder Watches, it arrived on time but it was faulty, I followed their instructions and took it to their watch repair shop, it came back after 2 weeks and still wasn't working so they asked me to send it to Singapore which I did and they have had it now for a month with no update and not responding to my emails. I just want others to be careful when buying online the customer service is poor if something goes wrong.

This is my second purchase from DUW, the first time was delivered in a 36hours, (was gobsmacked) at the speed of delivery. Second time 3 days which is still pretty good.
