Plenty of choice and a wide range of prices. The staff were extremely helpful and it didn’t take long to arrive after we ordered it.
The delivery guys were also very friendly and helpful.
Most importantly my wife is very happy with it.

THE STAFF (JANE) AT DREAMS ,
CARISBROOKE, ISLE OF WIGHT, WAS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. WHILST WE WERE LOOKING AT A MATTRESS, I BECAME BREATHLESS, WHICH I SOMETIMES SUFFER FROM, BUT JANE WAS SO HELPFUL, WENT IMMEDIATELY DOWNSTAIRS AND BROUGHT MECUP TWO CUPS OF WATER, WHICH BROUGHT ME RIUND AND I WAS FINE.
UNDER NO PRESSURE, WE TRIED THE MATTRESS OUT, ALTHOUGH SLIGHTLY ABOVE MY BUDGET, IT WAS SO COMFORTABLE, WE BOUGHT IT. AND, ITS VERY, VERY COMFORTABLE.

Extremely happy
I visited the store as I needed advice on the best mattress to use for my disabilities. Buying online is not a good idea as one can't try things out. The lovely lady at Dreams used a special machine thing which took lots of measurements and suggested a few mattress to look at and try. The lady took me around the store and was very patient with me as I am slow. I found a good mattress that felt very comfortable. I bought it and it was delivered within 2 weeks. The delivery was excellent. The mattress is amazing! I slept like a log from the first night and it is brilliant. I am so glad I went to the store and got advice as mattresses are expensive and it is so important to buy the right one.
