We had a fantastic shopping experience with Dreams. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We’ve now received our new bed and absolutely love it! The installation team were excellent — efficient, tidy, and very professional. They dismantled and took away our old bed and set up the new one perfectly. A big thank you to the whole Dreams team in Plymouth for such great service from start to finish!

Bed felt more comfortable in the showroom, much too firm at home, a park bench springs to mind.

I purchased my mattress just under 12 months ago when I started to feel the mattress was sinking either side making sleeping uncomfortable and waking up with thigh pain and shoulder pain during the night I returned to the store to seek advise I had done everything I was told to do rotate the mattress! use a mattress protecter etc! I sent pics to the store who passed these on to customer service after a visit today from the technician emmiera group I was told my mattress was fine as it was in the mattress settlement stage what 12 months later!! So they refused to help me anymore saying it's down to customer service they can't do no more! Really didn't want to help me!!! I wish i hadn't wasted my money on this company as after purchasing 8 yrs warranty and not being able to use it is a joke!!! Well never buy anything from dreams again.

Lovely company to deal with. Everything was explained in the shop and delivery a few weeks later. Communication was great too regarding my delivery and had a 2 hour time slot. Delivery guys were friendly and polite. Totally recommend the service from Dreams.

Very welcoming when first in store no pushy people trying to sell you something very helpful staff helping to choose what we needed

From the first contact on January 17th with the salesman in the store, the use of technology to help with the choice of product, through to the delivery on the 11th of February by the 2 lads. There was nothing but courtesy, politeness and knowledgeable professionalism. Having spent 16 years in the same business I appreciate the whole process that makes a satisfied customer and we are very satified customers.
