Odd sales tactics
Good value for money, especially in the top end ranges.
Initial visit was off putting as pressure sales tactics were tried to be applied by one guy ("This offer will end today!" - it never does, the weekday stickers do actually rotate and "You can lock in this price by paying a deposit today... even if you don't choose a specific product, it will apply to all, BUT ONLY today!" - seriously...!).

Great sales service and delivery service
The salesman identified my needs in terms of bed and advised me well on 4-5 different one. I had time to try and look what worked best for me. The delivery was very efficient (even though they had to walk 5 flight of stairs). I am very satisfied with the mattress! Thanks.

Definitely try the bed before determine the firmness.
Spent about an hour trying different mattresses and pillows. The help was great, and both the mattress and the pillow are wonderful~

Sweet Dreams Experience
My wife and I sleep soundly on our new mattress and pillows. Staff at the Tottenham Court Road branch were knowledgeable and happily spent time letting us try & re-try numerous products. Delivery was punctual and hassle-free.

I was delighted with the service I received from Dreams. I was dealt with efficiently and effectively when in their store in Tottenham Court Road.
All timetables were adhered to and the bed on arrival was expertly assembled and all necessary explanations provided.

Great store! Super friendly/helpful staff who were not pushy but very patient with me trying to choose a new mattress. I found what I wanted much quicker than expected and Dreams have helpful delivery options (narrow delivery window, remove your old mattress etc). Mattress was delivered 5 days later. Very pleased!
