Awful customer service over the live chat and over the phone. I spoke with Brandy and Emma. Incredibly rude. Pants tear so incredibly easily even with a “gusset.” Not worth the incredibly high price. I work at a grocery store they should be durable enough for that if they are advertised for heavier duty jobs. SCAM AND FRAUD ALERT!

Just placed an order for women's clothing. About 5 mins later had a change of mind, very expensive clothing, instant regret. Got back on their site within mins of placing the order and tried the chat feature to cancel the order. Within secs their chatbot needed to send me to a representative. It's now been 15 mins and I am waiting for someone to even join the chat. Why would a company offer this means of customer service and then not even man it? It's ridiculous.

Terrible experience. My first order was cancelled for unknown reasons? I ordered again and got an order confirmation only to see a few days later the payment was reversed so I called to check on the order and they told me it was cancelled because items were out of stock? This didn’t make any sense because I then went checked online and saw everything was still available. The worst part is that my first original order was never refunded and when I asked it about it they couldn’t even find the order number. I will never be ordering from this company again

I purchased two pairs of Duluthflex Ultimate Cargo work pants during a BOGO promotion. Over two weeks later I received only one pair. When I asked about it, Heather said I was only charged for one pair because they didn't have another pair. Not once did anyone reach out to me to let me know. Then she tells me what happened and their computer system is updating, is there anything else I needed. Yes, how about some customer service because you sure as hell don't know what that is. I'll never order from Duluth Trading again!

They have totally screwed up the bid overall shorts—fabric quality decreased, pockets removed and cut shorter. So disappointing!!

I have had two terrific interactions purchasing clothes from Duluth Trading. The clothes are made extremely well, great fit and finish. High quality control even for their toys. Fast delivery and great prices. I actually enjoy wearing their clothes. I loved their "Flicken Chicken" game, lots of laughs. Thanks for making my day.

Stitching on shorts legs came out, Replacement was denied, Shorts look new and not worn or abused. The No Bull guarantee is a bunch of BULL, And for $70 I might as well go to Walmart and throw them out every year. Go to LL Bean and get quality and they stand behind their products

I rated 1 star because 0 stars wasn’t an option. I ordered 4 pair of underwear from Duluth and 4 pair from one of their competitors. The competitors items arrived in about 3-4 days after ordered. 1 of the 4 pair of Duluth underwear arrived about 6 days after ordered. The other 3 pair have went from Milwaukee to Dallas and back up north to Kansas. They left Olathe Kansas one morning and arrived back at Olathe Kansas later that night. I was on live chat with their customer service and they were rude. They told
me if I expected the product faster than 10 business days I should have paid expedited shipping cost. They also don’t consider Saturday a business day as part of the shipping product but Saturday’s are business days for shipping companies. The 1 pair of underwear I did receive was also vastly inferior to their competitors underwear (Krakatoa) as Duluth claims their waistband don’t roll down - these did the first time I wore them. Their competitors don’t roll down. Terrible product, terrible delivery, terrible customer service.

Your long-tailed pocket tees are really getting bad they're thinner the pocket is smaller they come from what Indonesia or something the last batch I got I'm not going to order another batch from you because the quality has gone way down the old t-shirts I have are twice as thick and the pockets are bigger I can fit my cell phone into

I used to be able to get my size here. I still have the correct size in my closet on several pairs. I went to 2 locations and called customer service and have been told they no longer carry that size. I was told it must not have been a popular size. When every time I went to buy it it was gone or almost out. Which tells me it was very popular size.

I like their style, i was a shopper for 10 years, reason i stopped was not one pair of pants does the zipper stay up. I understand their 1 year policy but if u spend 65 and up for pants, the zipper should always work at least 3 years

They never actually have anything. Orders always get cancelled, but turns out that's a blessing in disguise. Stay away at all costs

I've used Duluth Trading for quite a few years but recently moved. I placed an online order and made sure my new address was the only address in my account. I deleted my old address completely. I checked to make sure it would be shipped to my new address. Well guess where they sent my package? Yup, to the old address. I checked my account and it isn't even there. I called to tell them they sent it to the wrong address and was told "what you see in your account isn't the same as we have". In other words there is no way to type in an address for them to send your shipment, they will send it where ever they want. You can't update your address it just won't do it. I told them it will never happen again because I will never order from them again. Problem solved

I ordered 2 pairs of pants and 4 pairs of underwear. Instead I got a parka and was told i might get my original order if it was still in stock after returning the parka. The agent said that sometimes their label printer gets jammed and the wrong order gets sent out. The original shipping box fell apart after opening and I had to find another box for the return. I would give them a 0 if I could. They offered a 20% discount on a future order... but I won't be ordering from them again, so the offer was pointless. I'll be surprised if I ever receive my original order.

Ordered 2 pair of overalls online got 2 ugly t-shirts 10 days later. No invoice, nothing. Cancelled order as I have very little faith in Duluth any longer. Deputy requested I send order back ent me a label to print. I had to go to FED EX 45 minutes from my home. I return the shirts and they send me an email that they’re charged me 8.00 to return their error. Absolute worst! Now I have to spend another 30 minutes trying to get my shipping fees as well as my refund.

The clothes sizes are inconsistent in COLORS blue XXL is like a Grey xl.and the customer service is freaking horrible can't change a order once ordered even thou the product is unavailable.company needs new managment

I love the products, so that's not the issue. I will openly admit that I made the original mistake here..... I placed an order this morning and when I submitted it, I noticed that it had the wrong delivery address (my fault, should have verified, it's what I get for doing it on my phone and not my tablet or computer). As soon as I received the confirmation of the order, I called to get the delivery address changed. NOPE! they "can't make changes" once an order is submitted? What??? The electronic communication wasn't even cold from the order yet! A simple jaunt into the system to change the delivery address only, nothing else. I was told I had to either try to intercept it with the carrier, or wait til it was delivered to the wrong address and then have them put it in the mail to me. Very frustrating. The rep was pleasant enough, but the attitude was just yeah, sorry, we don't correct those things. Again, I know it ultimately falls on me for not double checking the address, but customer service kind of implies that the customer is getting some service.

Placed my first order. Never got it. Won't help at all to find it or refund money. Lesson learned.

I saw their commercial about their underwear. I bought a pair to try. I paid $25. I used it once and then after one wash the elastic waste became useless and now it doesn’t hold up. I used it once for $25. Don’t waste your money.

“LAST CHANCE TO GET ITEMS BY CHRISTMAS, FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50” all horseshit. Items are getting here A WEEK LATE, so I’ve got none of my gifts AND WON’T EVEN BE HERE WHEN THEY DO FINALLY ARRIVE. Lying thieves waited until the 22nd to let me know, of course, that they can’t do their job OR keep their word, so I have NO time AT ALL to get a replacement or even a goddamned refund.
