I used David W Harris & Co for a property sale and they were first class from start to finish. Rhunedd Thomas handled the conveyancing and Sarah Davies kept everything moving day to day, and both were a pleasure to deal with.

Rhunedd's advice was always clear and practical, and Sarah answered every email promptly, so I never had to wonder where things stood. When complications came up they were dealt with calmly and quickly, and we completed on the day we'd aimed for.

I went in expecting the slow, guarded experience people tend to associate with solicitors and got the opposite: straight answers, patience with a client who asks a lot of questions, and a real sense that they were on my side. They've completely changed my view of what a solicitor can be.

I cannot recommend DW Harris highly enough, and in particular Jake Wesson. I have now used the firm for three separate matters: a family court issue, a house purchase and a complex property dispute, and the service has been outstanding throughout.

Jake represented me in a challenging property dispute involving a beneficial interest in a property. From the outset, he was incredibly thorough, professional and strategic. He took the time to fully understand my case, meticulously reviewed the evidence and explained everything clearly, making what was an incredibly stressful situation much easier to navigate.

What impressed me most was Jake's attention to detail and his ability to build a strong legal case. He identified key evidence, challenged the other side's arguments with confidence and negotiated from a position of strength. Thanks to his expertise and determination, we achieved an excellent settlement without the need for lengthy and costly court proceedings. This is a review and opportunity to recognise the truly excellent legal advice and support given to me by Mr Lucus Edwards and Mr Nick Magorrian. I wish to extend my gratitude and sincerely thanks to them both for the help and advice they have given me. Nick represented me in the police interview at Central Police station and gave me sound advice in relation to the offences. Whilst setting a conciliatory tone to the offence, Nick helped draft a statement which gave the police officers pause to consider whilst also protecting my position. This resulted in one of the charges being dropped. Nick also took the time to discuss/answer some, perhaps questions I had later on over the phone. He was very patient and reassuring. I met Lucus at my first Court appearance. Lucas is the head of the solicitor advocate department of the solicitors firm and presents extremely well in the Court. Again Lucus was very patient and had clearly gone through the charges and background situation of the case prior to meeting with me. He was able to give me concise, well considered advice as to my position vis-à-vis the criminal case, which again, I felt confident I could trust. Lucas also followed this up by summarising everything in writing for me. At the final hearing, again Lucus was there and gave me plenty of time to go through things and kept me informed on developments. Once again his court room advocacy was very on point and his expert knowledge was clear in the points he made on my behalf. I do not believe I would have got the, better than expected, result I did, if it were not for Lucas’ superb Court advocacy and Nick’s shrewd advice at the police station. Hopefully I will never have a need for their extremely professional criminal law service again, however if I did, I would ask for Nick and Lucas without hesitation. I can whole heartedly recommend Nick Magorrian and Lucas Edwards 100% should you need expert and effective criminal law advice and representation.
