Really appreciate the time and persistence that East Coast Kitchens took to ensure that their suppliers delivered exactly the right parts to me. In a world where so many companies ignore you if you ask questions, East Coast made me a very happy customer by ensuring I was completely satisfied.

The corner unit is a great product saving a lot of room.The company kept me informed of delivery etc. The items arrived safely and I went on Utube and found a fitting video which was a great help.

What a great find East Coast Kitchens have turned out to be. From selecting on the website through to ease of ordering and costings they are faultless.

The free delivery was so prompt, just two days from confirmation of the order, the packages arrived in perfect condition and the actual items were of the highest quality.

I can’t recommend this company enough. 10/10 excellent.

They processed my order And payment before getting in touch to say that delivery would and additional £45.00!
I do not live in a remote area so there is no reason why there should be an extra delivery charge.c

We are not in a remote area, are only 40 miles from England and have never never encountered delivery issues before including with kitchen worktops, sinks, toilets etc

It is simple to build in a function for the checkout to calculate delivery costs based on postcode Before payment is taken.

I bought a German Schock kitchen tap 5 years ago, which leaked from day 1. It transpired that the tap had a design fault, and East Coast Kitchens were extremely efficient in arranging an updated replacement to be procured and delivered as quickly as possible. I had quite a few conversations and email contacts with Lorraine at the time, and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with her; she was always courteous, friendly, polite and efficient.
The replacement tap started leaking again recently from the body of the tap, and it turned out that it needed new seals, which I could only obtain from Schock in Germany, and which took 3 weeks to arrive. In the meantime, although it was 5 years since I purchased the tap from them, I contacted East Coast Kitchens again (the wonderful Lorraine again) in desperation (the leak was getting worse) to see if they could assist, and they once again bent over backwards to help (they asked me to send a video of the leaking tap so they could identify the problem, and spoke to the manufacturers). In the event, when the new seals eventually arrived (Schock had got the postcode wrong!) they solved the problem. However, I am confident that, had the new seals not fixed the leak, East Coast Kitchens would have continued to assist me until the problem had been resolved.

The thing that really impressed me about East Coast Kitchens was the Customer Services team who I approached about an enquiry regarding the sink specification. They really went out of their way to answer my question and were even able to advise very accurately when the item was due to be delivered.

I rang them twice as I wanted to confirm that the item was in stock, check when delivery would be made and a couple of other questions. The lady I spoke to was always helpful and the item arrived when they said it would. Many thanks for the great service

I ordered a pull out I’ve bin unit from Easy Coast kitchens as they were the most competitively priced. I ordered it at 4pm and it arrived at 9.30am the next morning. Excellent service.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your excellent service yesterday. We were let down by another company and I was standing, forlorn, in my new kitchen without a sink for the fitters. One call to you saved the day. The lovely lady on the phone organised everything in a trice and first thing this morning the perfect sink arrived. It was not even 24 hours! Fantastic, friendly, helpful, super speedy service. Thanks so much, great job!

We were updating our kitchen, i.e. painting our existing units and replacing worktops, sink and tiles etc, and required new handles for them. Ordered from the Winchester range and are very pleased with both the service provided and the items sent.

Highly disappointed with Eastcoast Kitchens. They operate a 14 day contract return policy across all of there business including the online retail elements (which I am not sure this should apply to) and if you fall outside this - tough!

My experience was the opposite to what the website portrayed.

For context: Kitchens are not a quick turnaround project; you plan and purchase in advance in preparation for when an item is needed. They are also complex and not every item comes from the same source, there is the kitchen itself, worktops, sinks, taps, lighting, appliances, plumbing, tiling and auxiliary items (like a bin).

This complexity results in a high likelihood that something will change in the plan - when it does you rely on the businesses who specialise in this area to know this and to help. All of those I have engaged with through the experience of planning and having my kitchen fitted have done exactly this; all except one - Eastcoast Kitchens.

I know my request is outside of stated terms and I am banged to rights but I base my experience against the precedent the market has set and believe consumers expect.

Very nice product (Tambour roller shutter door) with very good customer care and advice. I had a problem with the product and even though I'd left it way too late make my complaint/request for help, (I didn't open the box for about 2 weeks after delivery!) they looked after me and sent me a replacement. It was a major part too. I couldn't be more pleased.

They provided the best Customer Service I have ever experienced from an online shopping outlet. This included prompt delivery through to collection, return and replacement of faulty goods and ultimately a full refund. There can always be faulty products, from any shopping outlet but it's how this is managed and handled which matters and the experience was completely stress free.

Purchased a sit-on sink from EC Kitchens. Ordered it on Wednesday morning and it was delivered to my home address the next day. Fantastic customer service and a pleasure to deal with a company that clearly has the customer at the forefront of its operation.

I bought a Thomas Denby 1.5 ceramic sink and waste fittings (premium drainer/plug set) and it is beautiful, a really nice size- deep and substantial for an undermount sink. The order arrived within a few days and post order customer service was excellent when I had a query. A really good company and beautiful fittings. It really sets off my cottage kitchen.

I bought an excellent pull-out corner unit from EC Kitchens, and they were very helpful in exchanging it as I initially ordered the left hand version by mistake.

They are very responsive.
