I love this shop
I have only used 1 toilet bomb, so far and smells gorgeous. I have put all my solutions in to the bottles and stuck the labels on ,so makes its easier to know what to use for the job. I have washed my floor the floor cleaning solution. Its foams up and smells fresh. I've still to try the other solutions. I am impressed so far.

Absolutely fabulous
Absolutely fabulous. Super easy to set up regular deliveries through the mail. My laundry cupboard is not cluttered with a big bottle. I haven’t run out. And best of all no more mega plastic pots to wish cycle!!!

Eye make-up remover pads - fab
Really enjoying using the Eco eye make-up remover pads - they wash really well in warm water, ready to use the next day. Just wish I'd started using them sooner.

Goods ok, packing not good at
Although i am happy with the things I ordered they were not packed securely. I was lucky to get all of the items as they could easily have fallen out. I have complained about this directly.

The products are generally excellent
The products are generally excellent, the only complaint is that the scourer sheds it fibres. But this is a small issue and the products do function very well. Big relief not to be throwing away so much plastic. Great work.

Huge carbon footprint just got a little smaller. I can confirm that Marika at Ecovibe handled my concerns with great care and consideration. Royal Mail delivered today.
Unfortunately I haven't had a chance to use the products I ordered over 4 weeks ago. Although I selected Standard Delivery to avoid losing the order through Hermes, their warehouse sent it through Hermes anyway. After multiple emails with customer support, I was assured a new parcel would be sent through post or a different courier. Well, today I received yet another message from Hermes letting me know that they'd received my parcel but could not deliver it. Aside from my frustration that Ecovibe doesn't have real options for delivery, it cannot be very eco friendly to continue using a courier that wastes fuel driving around the countryside unable to deliver parcels. I can't imagine the carbon footprint.

Whilst I have no problem with Ecovibe
Whilst I have no problem with Ecovibe, I am not impressed with their caddy food waste bags. I searched for some time to find bags that don't leak every time you fill them up and thought I had found them. Sadly, they aren't any better than any of the others that don't claim to be leak proof. Wish I hadn't bought four rolls of them now! The only ones I have found that don't leak, are only available in Wales from a local council. Can't get hold of them. So now I've gone back to using two at a time to cut down the leakage, but even then they all do it. Quite disappointing, but the company is a good one.
