My nanny needed a new walker and Claire was amazing! Answered all our questions and even showed us how things worked and most importantly how it folded, it was busy in the store today but she made sure that we were seated and comfortable while we waited. Very friendly, very welcoming and nanny is very happy with her new walker.

I visited the Eden Mobility shop in Scarborough
I visited the Eden Mobility shop in Scarborough with my son on the 11th of August. I was looking for a reliable walking stick.
A lovely lady called Camilla helped me to choose just what I needed.
A Gel Cane Walking Stick with a very good handle. Camilla adjusted the stick to the correct height for me.
My new walking stick has been brilliant and I have been able to walk alot better than I did before.
Thank you Camilla for your care, kindness and advice. You took the time to help me knowing that I was suffering quite alot of pain and discomfort.
If ever I need to buy anything else to help me with my mobility I will shop with you again.

My wheelchair was out of action and was…
My wheelchair was out of action and was trying to get it fixed but was unable to.
The staff member in Eden Mobility, Middlesbrough was a lovely gentleman named Nick.
He helped me so much trying to find me an alternative as I was going away for the weekend.
He showed patience and kindness until I understood how to take the scooter down and put it back up again.
The service was second to none !
All others involved in trying to assist me were also friendly and approachable

I visited on 26th August as I needed to purchase a gel cushion for my temporary wheelchair.
I was immediately made to feel at ease and any questions I had were answered very professionally.
The store manager Amo and Deputy manager Joe were both very courteous, professional, very pleasant and kind I would definitely recommend this store to anyone with mobility/disability issues

A wonderful experience
Sarah at Eden mobility completely turned our day around…after travelling over an hour to be let down by another company, we were directed to Sarah by a colleague in another store and she was amazing! Informative, helpful, friendly, accommodating and so respectful. It has been exactly one month since I…
It has been exactly one month since I had my mobility scooter delivered and it was the most sensible decision I have ever made in my life. My first point of contact was Anna at the Shirley, Southampton branch. Right from the off, talking to Anna was like talking to a friend of many years. Anna took the time to understand my needs and my budget and suggested the scooter I eventually ended up buying. It was, honestly, a pleasure to do business with Anna and I would recommend you reach out to her if you are in need of any help or directions. When it was delivered, Neil took me through everything and made sure I knew what was what, answering questions I'm sure he has answered a thousand times before but, again, there was no rush, no pressure or heavy handed tactics. My overall experience with Eden Mobility can only be described as extremely positive and guided. I was embarrassed at first because I needed mobility assistance and Eden, especially Anna, took my concerns and addressed every one of them and, if in the future I need to upgrade or buy accessories or just need a bit of help, my first call will always be to Anna and Eden Mobility.

Went in shop looking for a boot scooters luckily Dawn was there to help, she explained about boot scooters showed me how to fold it up then told me bit too heavy for me, Dawn was so helpful not pushy at all to buy one.
