Went in to buy a automatic folding down scooter from your Belle Vale Shop.
Keith yet again was very very helpful & nothing was to much trouble for him & the advice he gave me was excelent & very knoweledgeable,&any questions i was asking him he gave me a true answer,i will definaly come back to your shop in Belle Vale as iwish to purchase other mobility aids in the future.

My father was thrown out of a mobility…
My father was thrown out of a mobility scooter sold to him by one of the employees from the scunthorpe branch of the Eden company. He only wanted to be able to have a few days out with his family and he was told the scooter was the right one for him not only was he badly hurt his confidence is shattered. After a mechanic was sent out by the firm to cut a long story short he said he should never have been sold this model Yet after complaining the head of Eden would take no action at all So before you think of getting anything at all for your loved ones please do not.

I would highly recommend Karen at Eden Mobility in Bootle. She was absolutely wonderful when helping my mum. From the moment we met her, she was patient, kind, informative and incredibly helpful.
Karen took the time to explain everything clearly, never made us feel rushed, and made sure my mum felt comfortable and understood throughout the whole process. Her friendly and caring approach made such a difference, especially when helping someone who can understandably feel a little overwhelmed by these decisions.
It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, but Karen really did. Eden Mobility are very lucky to have her, and we can’t thank her enough for all her help and kindness.

Our nice experience this morning
I am a community support worker, I attended the shop this morning with a client. We were met with very friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome
( Lucie and Jonathan). We browsed around the shop, the staff advised us, gave us a mobility magazine for us to take away, we will definitely return and recommend to our other service users for future purchases.

Shocking after care / repair service !
Shocking repair service !!
Fault reported with mobility scooter in May , took ages for engineer visit but then had to order a part . Called and another engineer attended as said previous man hasn’t ordered part as didn’t know . It’s now September and still not fixed . I have chased them periodically to be told waiting for parts and they would text / call me soon
But no call or engineer visit !!
Update 4 / 9 @ 1600 : Eden replied saying they had made contact and I have an appointment but unfortunately they have NOT contacted me by text, email or call despite having all my personal details .

Took my mum to the Sheffield store…
Took my mum to the Sheffield store today to look at mobility scooters. Was greeted by Sam who was so amazingly helpful not only did she help my mum figure out that a electric wheelchair was a better option for her but helped her with all her finance paperwork. Couldn't have asked for better service

Service with a smile
This was the second time that we had popped into the shop, first time we spoke to a gentleman regarding the batteries for my mum‘s electric chair. He gave us some really good advice unfortunately it didn’t work so we popped back in and spoke to a lady called Carol. Carol was so helpful. She told us all about the batteries using her battery putting that into our chair and then realising that there was nothing wrong with our batteries she also shown my dad how to use the Chair as he totally forgotten how to use it. He was so happy that he actually rode out of the shop. Carol was so helpful, she genuinely wanted to help .Thank you Carol

Whats not to like
Where do i start. Shopping with the wife as most men know is not the easiest thing to do. When spending a lot of money on a mobility scooter it was looking ....lets say...i would rather decorate than let her pick what she wanted .
Went into their Washington branch and was met with what i can only say were the two best people this company employs. Liz and Chloe are such fantastic people. Liz took the wife out for a test drive in a scooter, both came back in one piece as well.
Not once were they pushy or over powering (i hate been jumped on when i walk into a shop). They treated the wife with respect and rely made her feel at ease.
Yes the wife picked that scooter and its being delivered direct to the house.
How easy was that...Ladies thank you so much for making my weekend. You are a credit to your company.

Me & my sister was looked after at Eden .mobility shop in Grimsby by Jamie & Megan. The service was excellent by both who were so lovely, helpful and informative.
