I contacted the company by phone with a question about my order. I received an email from back from a man called Jonny. He was extremely helpful and answered the queries I had. He personally went to the warehouse and checked the goods to see if the labeling was as I required.

Ordered some long life food from this site and I had my package within 3 working days. Great service and trustworthy company. Only thing they can improve on was that I didn't get a confirmation of order email once I placed my order but its not a big deal as the order can be seen on the website when you log onto your account. Really pleased with my purchase - a 12 meal 'Trial' pack of freeze dried meals which will go into my 72 hour pack for my husband and myself. All the meals are different and look to be really tasty. I was impressed with the excellent service I received and I didn't have to wait long for it to be delivered. Can't fault them.
