Thoroughly Recommended
Totally great experience. The two guys who delivered my Cozmo sofa kept me informed of delivery time and arrived when they said they would. Very polite and cheerful. Unpacked my sofa and put it together, took all packing away all the while nothing was a problem. Thanks guys.

Check the shipping label
Communication was fine, and they alerted me 5 minutes before arrival. When delivered, they asked me to sign in 2 locations - one indicating that I was refusing to have them unpack the item. When I queried this, and asked if they could take away the packaging, they looked at the label and said 'no'. I checked again and it clearly indicated delivery to room of choice and remove item to clear packaging. Only when challenged did he say 'yes'. Seems like they wanted to get out of doing the full job.

Very helpful and patient delivery team
Very helpful and patient delivery team. We had to try several doors and routes to get the sofabed into place but the team were careful, patient and did a great job. Much appreciated.

My Sofa Bed
Care and attention to deliver to my apartment whereby they had to dismantle the packaging to get the sofa bed through a doorway before getting to the lift.
Once delivered to the appointed room, they demonstrated how to convert the sofa into a bed.

Hard working and polite
The guys worked very hard, delivering and putting together 8 dining chairs which took them 2 hours. I felt bad that it was such a tricky job for them but they were very polite.
