Fantastic service. Kept up to date with delivery times, received courtesy call before arrival. Professional and knowledgeable staff who were respectful of my property and ensured I was happy with everything as the sofa was being assembled.

Very pleasant team delivered our sofa bed. Making us feel at ease. Ensured we knew how the bed mechanism worked before they left. Had a quick scan of the route the sofa needed to take in order to look at if there would be any problems. Took away the rubbish with them as well which is always a bonus

Pete and Wade negoiated a very challenging staircase without complaint, Wade gave a full explaination on how to open and close the sofa bed safely.Friendly but professional

The sofa I ordered ended up not being able to fit in the lift, so Sammy & Sal carried it up several flights of stairs to the 6th floor. Can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond - and both super friendly lads as well!

Our delivery from Castlery went very smoothly. One of the five pieces was an Oak and Marble tv unit which was very LARGE and incredibly HEAVY. The three delivery guys made the transition from their van into our living room with great caution as to cause no damage. They were very courteous and friendly, a great set of guys who were namely :- STAN, HARRY AND DAVID.

Excellent delivery. Helpful and friendly delivery drivers. Set up the shelves for me and took away the rubbish.

They contacted us as arranged, arrived on time and were very cheerful. Also made sure we had the correct item and colour.

Totally great experience. The two guys who delivered my Cozmo sofa kept me informed of delivery time and arrived when they said they would. Very polite and cheerful. Unpacked my sofa and put it together, took all packing away all the while nothing was a problem. Thanks guys.

Communication was fine, and they alerted me 5 minutes before arrival. When delivered, they asked me to sign in 2 locations - one indicating that I was refusing to have them unpack the item. When I queried this, and asked if they could take away the packaging, they looked at the label and said 'no'. I checked again and it clearly indicated delivery to room of choice and remove item to clear packaging. Only when challenged did he say 'yes'. Seems like they wanted to get out of doing the full job.

The 2 delivery men went above and beyond to get my sofa bed in the room I wanted it in. Great service, would highly recommend.
