Excellent delivery
I had a team of three men, Wade, Pete and Valeri, deliver my Tetra split sofa, and I was impressed by how smoothly and efficiently they worked to assemble the split four-seater into one complete sofa.
What particularly stood out to me was the care they took from the moment they arrived. All three took off their shoes at the front door before entering my home, I didn’t even need to ask. They also carefully examined the route into the room where the sofa was going to live, taking the time to consider how best to manoeuvre it through without causing any damage.
Their professionalism, care and diligence gave me complete confidence that my home and furniture were in safe hands. Wade, Pete and Valero have clearly been very well trained and are a real credit to Empire Delivery.
I would highly recommend Empire’s furniture delivery service. Well done, and thank you to the team!

Excellent service, great delivery team
Delivery team came within the time frame they said they would, and were absolutely lovely. Treated the sofa and surroundings with care to make sure they didn't damage anything, and assembled it brilliantly. Can't fault them!

Speedy and polite sofa delivery and assembly
Tom, Ethan and Pete were all really friendly and polite, delivering our sofa up three flights of stairs and then assembling for us really quickly, taking all the leftover packaging away. Really pleased with the service and would strongly recommend!
