Excellent delivery service
Excellent delivery service. Both guys were polite and carful when making delivery of our sofa. They explained the workings of the sofa bed and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Pete and Ben were great. Excellent communication and service. They were still very nice even when the sofa didn’t fit in the lift due to the odd shape of the arms. Many thanks to them and highly recommend the service!

Excellent delivery
I had a team of three men, Wade, Pete and Valeri, deliver my Tetra split sofa, and I was impressed by how smoothly and efficiently they worked to assemble the split four-seater into one complete sofa.
What particularly stood out to me was the care they took from the moment they arrived. All three took off their shoes at the front door before entering my home, I didn’t even need to ask. They also carefully examined the route into the room where the sofa was going to live, taking the time to consider how best to manoeuvre it through without causing any damage.
Their professionalism, care and diligence gave me complete confidence that my home and furniture were in safe hands. Wade, Pete and Valero have clearly been very well trained and are a real credit to Empire Delivery.
I would highly recommend Empire’s furniture delivery service. Well done, and thank you to the team!
