Sofa arrived damaged with pen marks all over the cushions. Delivery driver refused to take off the arms that I had paid extra for so it would fit up the stairs. Overall terrible terrible delivery

We received regular communication regarding our delivery throughout the days leading up to the day. On the day the delivery arrived when we expected and the guys were polite and friendly. Very positive experience.

Excellent communication by email in the days leading up to about the furniture being delivered. As promised the crew phoned 20/30 minutes in advance. Moving the furniture was carried out efficiently and the guys were polite and helpful. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t choose a delivery date although we paid for a premium plus service as they build their delivery schedule round their convenience, not the customers. You are allocated a date by text and if this is not convenient you have to respond with a text and then they allocate another date when they are in the area and you cannot call them to arrange a convenient date so a bit of a lottery until you get a convenient date, or you just give up and accept their date and organise accordingly…..On delivery, the Sofa sections and armchair were packed on top of each other in the delivery van, which was not impressive and on taking the chair out from the top, it fell out and hit the floor….not very professional in my opinion and little respect for an expensive sofa…not the best delivery experience in my opinion

The team that delivered my items of furniture were professional, prompt, kind and cheerful!
This makes such a difference.
They knew how to be careful, asked where to put the items, checked everything was okay and removed all packaging.
I was really impressed by the service offered, thank you.

Was given a time slot the day before and a telephone call 20 minutes before they arrived. The two guys were excellent. Placed the sofa bed where I wanted it and showed me how the mechanism worked. Excellent service.
