All very well organized - able to accommodate the date required. Driver was early and very helpful in getting the car away. Price was bteter than other offers too. Defo recommend!

I have been going to EMR Strood for about 15 years now and normally can't be bothered to leave a review. EMR Strood have been so helpful over this time. Their customer service would put many companies to shame the whole team have been so helpful at making sure I get the best price. Sometimes they help me to separate if I miss something special thanks to Bruno for that. Their prices are really good no matter what you are told. I am a one man band and check out the competition locally. Lead battery prices are the best I have found in Medway. Keep doing what your doing.

I delivered to the Newmarket emr site for the first time was greeted by a very friendly and very helpful lady that run the weigh bridge operation. The site was very clean good health and safety standards to a high degree

Probably the worst price in the country for mixed scrap being approx half what other yards are paying. To make matters worse they were deducting 40kg without telling us for "rubbish in appliances". If you do use them check for W.DED (with deductions) value on your blue ticket, but would advise going litterally anywhere else.

Very easy to get your online quote for scrapping your car. Once accepted I received a call a few hrs later to agree collection 2 days later. I was advised the recovery driver would ring me 30mins before arriving. The time was between 10am and 3pm. So about 12am I had to go for an appointment. I got a call from the recovery driver saying he was 10mins away! I said I was told you would call when 30mins away? He said well I'm 10mins away. I said ok I will be with you in 20mins. He said he would have to ring his boss and ring me back. He didn't ring. I rang him and he red buttoned me every time. I rang EMR and advised. EMR rang me back and apologised for the recovery company and booked me back in for 3 days later. This time a different recovery company collected my car and rang 40mins before arriving. They were from Gloucester and were so helpful. Explained everything to me and were genuine nice guys. The money was In my bank within a couple of hrs too. Well done to EMR for swapping the recovery company. I would have scored 5 stars except for the 1st let down on recovery

I visited EMR in southampton city today and as a none trade customer I found the service I received second to none. Jordan in the weighbridge office was incredibly polite and helpful, myself being disabled with spine issues thinking it would be hard work I was just so pleasantly surprised how easy Jordan made it for me. Fantastic customer sevice and all kind of official explanation of scrapage scheme. After EMR collect my car with in 32hours they issued the COD certificate. I spoke to Mr. Javid he sort every thing in 10 minutes. Fantastic service. I will recomend my friends.

Excellent service from EMR in Brentford. After being let down twice by another scrappage company, EMR provided a fast, efficient and friendly service. They collected my car within a couple of days of my request and I was sent the Certificate of Destruction a few days later. Good communication throughout. Highly recommend. Thank you

Can we get a faster train for 5.48am from Leicester to Sheffield, the train gets to Sheffield late 98% of the time and it’s the first train.

I had a very good experience with EMR Glasgow, car collected from home and paid swiftly. The certificate of destruction given via email quickly. All in all a pleasant experience especially with Rashid Javed who was polite and helpful.

After being let down by another scrappage company, it was refreshing to find EMR. Thoroughly efficient and caring service. Thank you.

What a joke!
Quote online was easy. Scrapping the vehicle impossible.
FAQ's say just turn up - miserable woman on reception just says 'No' and gives you a phone number to call (Wasted 45 min journey + ULEZ charge).
Call the number to end up in a queue, eventually answered by an answer machine.
Reading the other reviews I probably won't get the quoted value IF I ever get an appointment.

I was very nervous about the whole process, as I had private number plates on the vehicle, and unfortunatley TFL gave me contradictory advice. Zoe and Rashid were absolutey great, reassuring me all the way.
The car was collected early in the morning, then within 10 minutes I received a text confirming payment. Rashid spoke with me later that day and informed me had emailed me the CoD.
I hope I never have to scrap another vehicle, but if I do I will definetly use EMR again.

By far the best ever service
I dealt with Mr. Rashid J. and EMR mostly by emails or text messages. For a ULEZ ‘forced’ scrapping of my1992 Volvo process, I was guided with clear explanation through every stage from arranging collection (at the appointed time, very prompt and efficient service) to the DVLA
Within minutes of the collection, to my great and pleasant surprise, I received text from EMR VR that the scrappage value amount has been sent to my bank account, despite being very early morning.
The CoD is expected shortly.
EMR VR is highly recommended!!

Within couple of hours from car collection the CoD certificate arrived.

I have just used EMR to scrap my car (Mercedes CLK, in London), using the TFL scrappage scheme.

I initially sent EMR an email asking advice, and Ross Flaherty responded. But rather than saying the minimum, he explained exactly what needed doing. As I have no knowledge of scrapping anything, this was really helpful! During every following iteration, he was fantastic.

Sadly, TFL are not as easy to work with! However, the process ended with the car being collected yesterday, and me receiving a Certificate of Destruction a few minutes ago.

I wasn’t in London when the car was collected, but my wife said that the service she received from Michael was also fantastic.

In summary, the quality of service I have received from EMR is literally the best customer service I have received for years… brilliant!!!

I was shown courtesy, help and assistance by your excellent employee Rashid Javed, his help made dealing with EMR a pleasure.
